Zeek: Gift Voucher Marketplace

I've already placed a bad review of this app and for some reason, it has vanished. In my first review, I stated that after trying to pay through PayPal and my card, I've still had no success on both the app and their site. After a pointless discussion with not very helpful customer service representatives, I still have had no success. I've since tried using my partners card too aswell as trying to complete my purchase on my laptop and yet, still nothing. Clearly this app is dodgy DON'T INSTALL

I've saved loads using Zeek over the past year or so, but the Android app (and the service itself) seem to be getting progressively worse. Last time I tried to purchase gift cards the app crashed whenever it tried to process payment, and the current build (may be the same one) now refuses to open, giving me a 'no Internet connection' error (I must have one, as I can write this and I successfully re-downloaded the app itself). Please sort it out.

Terrible service. I used this app and its service recently because it seemed to work well the last time I used it, maybe a year or two ago. I sold a gift card 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my PayPal payment. I've emailed them on numerous occasions to no avail. They don't have a contact number. I can't believe I've been robbed!

Terrible. I sold a gift card in this excuse of a company in the 21st of Jan but even after one month i haven't received my payment yet. The first time i contacted them regarding this issue they replied to me, however after that nothing. I still keep contacting them through the app but no response. I lost the count of the number of times i tried. It seems like they're just ignoring me. I don't care what's going on I just want my money.

I couldn't open the app because it said no internet connection available. However, I am connected to a stable source of wifi, and I have been able to open other apps without problems.

It is confusing and misleading as they have Zeek Shop and Zeek Marketplace. I beliveve this is deliberately made in order to confuse the customers. In some cases you end up paying more for their gift card. They always charge you when topping up credit with either card or PayPal.

This was a great app but it appears they have ceased trading, taking with them any outstanding credit and access to any unused, previously purchased gift cards. No announcement or explanation. Instead, they have blocked customers access to their accounts. What do they gain from stopping customers using previously purchased gift cards? Do they intend on using any remaining balance? Appalling practice.

Zeek used to be amazing and I have purchased a lot of gift cards and saved myself a fortune. But the last few months whenever I want to open it the app shows me i dont have a connection which is not true. Pls somebody help what is wrong with it.

only UK and Germany as countries... Im from Canada... until this is available in my local currency, you should geofilter and not allow Canadians to register; buying in foreign currency, paying the exchange rates and transaction fees make this a poor choice for Canadians and anyone else who does not reside in the UK or Germany...

Used to be a great app which I used all the time but recently it has stopped working. All it says now is that I have no internet connection. I have reinstalled the app Twice with no change. Would give 5* if fixed.

I am actually surprised that this worked so well. I had £300 voucher for one store that I could not use, sold it for a bit less then purchased other vouchers that I could use for a bit more. So far it's been real easy and great.

The app was great but recently I can't open it, getting the message 'oops no internet connection available'. Refresh makes no difference, neither does removing and reinstalling

Not only have you stopped allowing Quidco/TopCashBack withdrawals into Zeek Marketplace... you've also meant I have some balance on Marketplace and now some on the new 'shop' which I can't combine into one marketplace purchase. The shop is useless to me and I'm sure a lot of other people as the only reason for using Zeek was because you could use it on the Marketplace. I will not be using Zeek anymore once my balances have gone.

Can't get past the load screen, waste of time, need wifi and won't recognize it even though I'm right next to the modem. FIX BUGS!

Bought a few gift cards at a good price here, but when it comes to selling, payments take either ages or they pretend you didn't sell anything and don't pay up. Contacted support twice after weeks of not seeing payment for sold gift cards and heard nothing back.

Does nothing. Opening the app brings up a screen that says there is no internet connection, but I have full service and everything else works on my phone.

Was great until they did the ridiculous thing of creating Zeek Shop. Which is basically a face value way of buying gift cards. That in itself isn't so bad but the fact Quidco balance can only be redeemed this way and no longer through the Zeek marketplace is dreadful. Will be using my quidco credit elsewhere now

Great idea - poor app. Every time there is an upgrade the app stops working and I have to uninstall to reinstall. Please fix this!

when i finished installing the app, i opened it then told me that i don't have internet connection, i clicked on refresh button and nothing happened, this app is not working anymore i guess. so i gave it one star. don't worth it unfortunately!!

app doesn't work as it says no internet connection available. tried both wifi and 4G. also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. no luck yet with anything

App not working... download with no issues... says no internet connection have tried on a working WiFi & mobile date neither have any luck with this app...all other apps have no problem with connecting to net just zeek

The app tells me no internet connection is available so fails to open. This happens over wifi or 4G. Uninstalled. Waste of time.

I bought a gift card for a holiday from Zeek and booked in advance. Later the company called to tell me the card I had been sold had no balance. It had been used already and I was on the hook for the charges. After all the problems I'd already had, this was the last straw. I have been trying to get Zeek to stop spamming my email, even going so far as to ask my entire account be deleted. Nearly a year later and they still won't leave me alone. Your money and your data is not safe with this company. Avoid at all costs.

Company has gone bust! Do not install the app (just gives an error anyway). Have flagged it for removal with the Play Store, suggest other customers do the same to get it removed.

After buying my gift card I couldn't use it even after two days.You can only send them an email there's no contact number for them too. I had to get refund at the end I was really disappointed with service.

Innovative app, for what is a clever way to exchange unused gift cards. Sadly, the android app has become completely unusable of late. Such a shame.

Used to be a good app but now won't work at all, as soon as I open the app it says "No Internet connection" which means the app just won't load at all.
