This app no longer runs on my galaxy phone. Used to work ok, if a little clunky. The last 2 times I tried I get this page with "run time error" and a bunch of text. No updates as far as I can tell. Same phone. I guess I will try re-installing... or maybe just order from MOD.
This is unsuable to order. The latest version gives me a white screen after I pick a location to order from. The app simply hangs at that point. I've run on 2 different Android devices.
As others have noted, the app hasn't been updated for three years, plus it contains coding errors which render it unusable. C'mon, Zeeks! Surely you have *someone* available to repair this app. When it worked, it did the job. 😾👎🏻
Ordering through the website on my phone was tedious and cumbersome, so when I saw there was an app I figured that would be an easier way to go. Instead it was worse. There wasn't anything in the app that I could truly call a bug, just an unending series of poor design decisions.
Not a great app. There is no way to enter a note for cooking instructions (like "don't cut my pizza"). The address lookup function gives incorrect info. My address comes up in a different city and zip code and there is no way to change it. There is no way to exit the app. The food is good, but the app is decidedly not.
I could not use this app. It appears that if you enter a password it doesn't accept, you cannot change it. It says the email address is already in use. But, you cant use the Forgot Password button because you not really registered. They require letters and numbers in the password.
The app icon doesn't even show the logo, it's the basic Android default app. You guys should just do a quick update even without changing anything. Not sure this app is trustworthy enough to use confidently if it hasn't been updated since 2018.
Changing password break in app authentication. Cant sign up with my email since it was already used so tried to reset the password and even though I was told the password was cha ged, app and website doesnt let me sign in at all. Cant order online so the app is a waste of time. It is easier to just call and order than use this ap.
works well. never tried old versions, but current version was a breeze to order two complex pizzas. i think they solved at least some of the old UI issues in the new version.
When I request a password reset, nothing ever gets sent to me in my email. I check my SPAM folder, I look and wait, I wait and look. I can't use the app, because I can't reset my password.
App hasn't been updated since the dinosaurs roamed the earth. Maybe it will work, maybe it won't, but you can be sure there's no coupons on it and you will pay the full price of $30 for a medium pie
No longer loads after selecting city. No option to log into account prior to selecting city. Unable to order from app.
Nothing like doing a merchant a favor and downloading their app, and the damn thing doesn't work. In addition, their website is difficult to order from too. I'm ordering elsewhere....
Used to work. Doesn't work now. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Didnt help. I can access account via web but not the App.
The app is great. The prices are highway robbery. I immediately deleted the app because there no way I'll spend $30 on one large
Used to work well. Now I get a runtime error "Server Error in '/' Application." and a page of text.
Food is great app is terrible. I reset my password and it's still not letting me sign in.

Have to register with lots of information. Why? When I call I only have to give my phone number...
Zeeks claims "Pizza is essential" (an actual email). It isn't. Nobody does without an overpriced pizza. Zeeks pizza values profits over people. While corporate doesn't answer their phone, their employees are getting sick. Shame on you zeeks. We used to spend $70 at least once a month with you. No more. Shame on you Zeeks.
Cannot sign up. No way to acknowledge I'm older than 13 years old
The Woodinville WA restaurant treats delivery partners poorly. I won't deliver food for them anymore. The owner or manager is prejudice and discriminates against 3rd party delivery drivers. I won't accept being treated the way I was on my last visit.

Much improved. Way easier than expected.
The new layout changes are super bad for my note 10+... pictures cut off, buttons sticking out of place.. when trying to reorder previous orders it only had one item instead of all that I selected. But beyond that, it's core functions are still great.
