Still "app stopped working" popup, almost everytime I open the app. Synchronization is really big problem, doing it five times and still just don't know if it has been done properly. Datas are unable to see until tomorrow from sync. Sleep and wake up recognization is just weird. I am having my breakfast and what? - I am still sleeping? Nice graph of sleeping, otherwise. What about steps graph? Can I get direct access? I am maybe able to make my own app. Any interaction with other health apps?
I love this device, its just so smal and you can do so many things with it!(Examples: Counts steps, counts distance, counts calories used, heartrate meter, its water resistant, you can change the watch faces and much more! And if u wanna check the rest out then you can check it out yourself, I'm just saying;)...)
The watch was working amazing the first little while, but now the app keeps crushing, and I can't clear my watches history, making it obsolete. I've messaged their support team, and still haven't even heard back. Maybe with some updates with their system things would be better.
For the money this is a great little fitbit. Light weight, pretty accurate and looks good. Would recommend if you just want a basic fitbit type watch. Most importantly it will sync up with my mobile. The fitbit versus wouldn't support my mobile for more than 5 minutes 🙄
App crashes every time I try to change any settings for the watch. Had problems with the app in the past (not syncing in one/two tries, not able to update watch, watch stopped counting steps, etc.), but this is unbearable. Zero stars.
For those having problem with this app and the double tap feature i realise that using the my kronoz app works instead and it works perfectly. I personally had some issues with this app it wasnt pairing,the kronoz app solved that.. I dont think it matters which one u use as they are both made by one developer but the kronoz app is getting more frequent updates.. Hope this helps someone...
Can't connect to phone after the last update!!! Please fix this as soon as possible! My phone is LG G5 running Android 8.0. Edit (04.02.2019): Now, I can connect but I can't see my stats for previous days!!! Everytime I try, the app crashes and restarts!!! FIX THIS FOR CHRIST'S SAKE!!
If you are a runner this app, whilst it shows distance covered, does not show the time your particular activity took ie. reflect the time recorded on the timer. Highly unimpressed!
Easy to use ( if you understand the pairing procedure. ) Easy to use the app. The moment I got to use the app for the first time, I knew exactly what to do with no knowledge whatsoever. My only complaint with the watch is that is takes 5 secs or so after you've put it in the charger.
The worst app . because you need to use internet always before connecting to watch !!!! Why ???!!! Don't buy this watch . It does not connect to phone just az bluetooth . You need to run the app always too .
It takes a long time to sync. Gets stuck a lot. Always need internet to log in. Have potential for improvement.
Once I forget band from my bluetooth list, I can not go back and connect to bluetooth. Now I have to throw it.
It stopped counting my steps from 4 days after when I buy watch what is the problem in this world it's don't count is the the step and milr but count the calories this watches very disappointing if you are going to buy this please don't buy you can buy a mi fit 4 or 5 when it will be released but don't buy ever this watch this is a money wasting watch
The best watch i have ever scene. its very good to have a watch like this because you can set your activity goals and reminders etc.
Not accurate at all. After hours of doing sports it shows 19 calories burned only. Also the heart rate is always zero. I hope this product to be removed from the markets since it's a piece of rubbish. I paid AED 70 for nothing.
UI and UX are great but some data such as weather never updated unless I manually change from Celsius to Fahrenheit.

You cannot connect to the watch, no matter what you do. It does not connect. And you have to log in, i.e. create an account. And no way to delet your account.
Got my watch today and I can not connect with phone and Watch-screen does not reply on double touch and can not confirm connection. Please help or I will return it .So bad first expression.
its pretty good. the reason i put 3 stars is because most of the time its disconnected. and its a pain to reconnect again.
not even an year old it has stopped working. not charging and hanging often. not able to use it anymore. company should replace it.

The app is great. Most of all I like the features of taking photos through the camera on the phone using the Wristband through the app and controlling the music on the phone using the band through this app.... But the main problem is that, I can only control music when it is played using "Google play music"... Please solve this problem.... I recommend updates with new features including new watch faces.....👏✌️😘
