My apartment requires this to pay rent....and all it does is create an in-app-browser to their old website. Doesn't really contain useful features, and a well optimized mobile website would allow me as a resident to accomplish the same goals. Could be the apartment complex and how they've set this up.
plugged in or not with the ethernet cable, still unable to 'control' anything!! Updated, Uninstalled, reinstalled app and still unable to use. hasn't worked since Feb 25th!! Reseidence had no say on this feature but still charged a monthly fee to use! RIP off!! more bugs than you think!
it was working great then suddenly it wont open at all. I've been told to update, I did and it opened that on time then stopped again. Being able to unlock the door from my car when I know my hands will be full it great, when your app actually works.
unable to change lock code or adjust temp. It worked for a little while. Contacted Zego via chat and email. They do not respond. I wish my complex would go back to keys and a regular thermostat.
I get super tired of my app disconnecting from the modem. What's the point of having the app if most of the time it doesn't work and has to be constantly rebooted?
keep getting activation emails but when i download and try activate it ask phone number then a password which i am not able to set up using email. What is the problem. you keeping giving the same instructions that do not work. Communication is not helpful and a waste of time and energy
The app no longer controls my door lock or thermostat. Front office says to reset the box but it does nothing. Uninstall/logging off doesn't work either.
what's the point of a smart lock, when the app won't actually unlock it. worked fine until the last update. now, nothing.
My apartment complex had a ton of issues with this place. Missing rent payments incorrect apartments listed in work order, I mean it was a nightmare
S pointless to email them to get them to help you with reseting your password. They never had a courtesy to call you back.
very user friendly, I really like this apt available for apt living only. I enjoyed the convenience of it.
Does not work at all . even the support page freezes.
this app is no good keeps telling internal error and I reset my pw multiple times trash...
your app keeps telling me to update guess what is missing an update button.
It crashes most of the time
it's been "download pending" for three days now. wonder if it will ever be usable.

I don't see where my balance is displayed other than pressing on make a payment. I rather use my old app for my Apartments.
I downloaded the app but how do i create username and password? Then i try it through Google and fb ot says error

Poor quality app. you only get 4 or 5 schedule options and that is it. I get errors when adjusting thermostat setting pretty regularly. I have talked to support and they eventually said to contact property management about looking at it. they said there is nothing wrong. So I don't know who is right, but it does not work correctly
