ZEN - Block Puzzle

This is just one of those basic time-wasting puzzle games that doesn't really have any incentive to continue playing and progress any further. It's not necessarily bad by any means, but it's certainly not great either. Most levels can be solved either instantaneously, or at most under a minute. The graphics are very bland, the controls aren't calibrated in very well, and the BGM/SFX are annoying. Overall, this is just something to play if you have nothing better to do; just an average puzzler.

This was a cool app, until it wasn't and I realized it's a waste of time that is only used for ad space. Once I got to level 20, I noticed that one of the levels was familiar to one I had already done. Then another familiar one came. Then another one. I then realized that this app was just looping the same levels over and over again, all while having an ad every two or three levels.

To say that this game has a lot of ads would be the the understatement of the century. Easy levels designs to get you to the next, unskippable ad that you have you have to play a mini game on for it to go to the next level. The button to go to the next level is sometimes replaced by a "Watch ad button" and it's not even every ten levels or so. It's literally every single level finish is a new ad and the worst part of the game is how sadly easy it is. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.

nice way to keep busy for fun, however i expected them to get more difficult as levels went by. I'm on like lvl 277 and they are no more difficult than the first few. After a point it gets less fun. There are a lotttt of ads like every few levels which is every few mins really. i do enjoy the little pictures it makes though edit: the app updated and removed all my progress & took me back to level 1. i was on lvl 550+. DELETE. So pissed.

Way too easy. Got to level 78 and quit because it wasn't getting any more difficult. The pieces should have grids on them, there's no way to tell how big they are until you pick one up. Also, the drag controls were strangely off, I'd pick up a shape and it would leap up to the middle of the screen and move from there. Irritating.

The idea of the game is simple and fun but it is a bit easy. its the difficulty you'd expect from this game. I ran this on a Lg G6 smart phone and moving the shapes into place was terrible as it was unresponsive when trying to drag the shape as I had to press several times to pick up the shape. Upon picking up a shape it also wouldnt move with my finger as expected and would cause misplaces which caused wasted time and frustration. Lastly the game had a 15-30 second ad every 5 puzzles or so.

Most recent update removed my 93 levels of progress so I'm uninstalling. The game is fine, though because of the type of puzzle, you sometimes have the issue where specific pieces can obviously only fit specific places. Still fun though every once and a while. 1 star for deleting progress, 4 for the gameplay, so a 2 works overall.

I read the reveiws and almost thought of not Installing it. Im glad I did though. it seems like a lot of the problems people are talking about have been fixed! there are a few ads but nothing to extreme or annoying. Its not that challenging and is pretty easy but I dont see that as a con. After all, that could be what they wanted! so if you see this just try it out and see if you like it!

It's addictive!... So much fun... Game asked me if I wanted to leave a review so I decided to since it was really enjoyable. Well not so much now. After completing a puzzle keep getting popup adds to download games. After every completed puzzle! So annoying! When you hit back button won't exit out ad, have to hit back button numerous times and this time wound up exiting me right out of game entirely! Those who want to play ad free don't rate it! I was playing ad free for 2 days well not anymore!

Does not respond to taps consistently, and the pieces dont like to be dragged into place. its infuriating having to go back several times trying to pick up the piece no matter how hard or soft you tap the screen. The pieces you select from are shrunken down instead of actual size which is kind of annoying when youre trying to plan the shape out. Once I started getting unskippable 30s ads after every 5 second level or every other level I uninstalled.

Privacy setting prompt sends you into an infinite loop so it is not currently possible to choose not to share specific data. As soon as you get the option to "let me fix my settings" it loops back to the first screen. Also, the button position used for each page to cycle through the explination of what they want user data for is then swapped with with accept button.

Uninstalled because of unskipable 25 second ads every four levels. When levels are that easy, having ads that long and often means that at least a third of time is spent watching the ads. controls are a little jerky but workable I guess. I wouldn't get it again though. It's pretty boring honestly and the puzzles are extremely basic.

This is probably the most mindless puzzle game I've ever played. Most games like this start off easy to teach people how it works, then steadily get more difficult. This game stays at the same, easy pace through it's entirety. Also, the touch controls don't match up with inputs, making it very annoying to play. If you want an easy "puzzle" game so you can pat yourself on the back for progressing through like a good little millennial, then this is the game for you.

I liked threconcept and looks of this game but after playing it for a few hours i still feel like im on the tutorial, so far it hasn't gotten much harder then stage 1 (im on 150). Also the amount of adds on this game is ridiculous.. every 2 levels, sometimes every level. I know its free and all but they are really milking it.. overall its meh and an uninstall for me.

It's a very polished game, and the "ZEN" aspect of it is pretty well accomplished. I think most of the negative comments are right on what they say though, aesthetically and controls could be improved. And there were also some Swastika-like patterns that made me feel a bit uncomfortable solving them, but overall pretty good game.

This game is just a delivery hub for commercials. The game was just developed to amuse you between commercials! I get that ads are a part of apps BUT THIS IS OUTRAGEOUSLY RIDICULOUS!!! Eventually you'll get a commercial approximately every two games. It only takes a minute to complete most of the puzzles, that means you will spend a LOT OF TIME watching commercials. I'm uninstalling this "commercial delivery system"!

colors are nice and I like the concept of the puzzles. but the game is far too easy, and it does not get more challenging the further you go. app is really buggy as well- when I finish a level, i'd say 30% of the time the next level won't load and I'll have to restart the app. uninstalling.

Starts out great 1 add every 10 puzzles. Then at # 20 it changes to full adds after every puzzle, puzzles only take a few seconds so 10 seconds of play then a 60 second add that you can't X out of . Also a constant add on bottom of screen. This game is unplayable after # 20 do to constant adds. Really sad could have been a good game.

nice simple. two problems. 1) you can buy in game coins, but i can't seem to find what i can buy with them. 2) if you get stuck on a level there is no way to either get a hint or other type of suggestion. if you like tangrams this will start out easy but eventually will.

Very fun and beautiful game, but constantly freezes trying to load ads and I'm forced to close and reopen it at least once every 10 levels. Gameplay is fine until a level has been completed, then becomes very very slow, and either takes about 3mins to recover or requires a restart.

I love the game. I hate after ever puzzle there's an ad. Way to many ads for other games when in just trying to play this one. Ads last longer then each puzzle.

I like the game so far, though has issues. Very slow and battery draining. Takes about 30 seconds after starting to be able to move pieces, and between 10-30 seconds between moving pieces. Very flustering but, I cant wait for more improvements and fixes.

Insanely frustrating UI. I have no idea what the recommenders were thinking recommending this game. The experience is anything but Zen. I have to tap 3, 4, up to 6 or 7 times with random force and proximity to pieces to select them. Absolutely not ready for production.

i downloaded this on a whim. it's fine but way too easy. I'm giving it 2 stars because of the difficulty, or lack there of. i think had this game actually had a challenge it would have been rated higher, the lack of ads is nice though, or maybe i just haven't gotten one yet

This game is no longer worth my time. Uninstalled. I had 2 reset cell, lost all zen data recieved no reply or assist. from developer to restore 'art' patterns or coin purchases. Forwarded emails to GP for assist. on the matter since 1 email (2 dev.) was sent(no reply) 2nd email I rec. notice that it could not be delivered. As with all purchases I do like to receive the item or product I've paid for but I do believe with zen app it's not going to happen. I'm simply sharing my experience.

Ok game if it were labeled FOR CHILDREN, but as it is currently marketed.... If your the type of person that believes every participant gets a 1st place medal, this is a game for you! Simple controls, light graphics, lots of ads, and stupid simple. Kept waiting for it to get difficult, 70+levels in a few hours never came.... (might be a good home sobriety test though tying your shoes may be harder).
