This is a desert island book. My top 3 and only 3 books I would take with me on a desert island would be George Orwell Down and Out in Paris and London, William S Burroughs Junky, and this one, Paul Reps Zen Flesh Zen Bones.

Lovely stories
As a beginner I think this is an excellent app. But also a paradox because it constantly displays adverts trying to sell other products, not exactly Zen. However if it was possible to pay a premium to own the app and not have the adds would this be Zen???

The stories in this app are all very good for knowing more about the Zen masters and history They may even teach many good things to those who take the time to read them with an open heart Sadly, there's no option to share the stories individually to social media or even to copy the texts in order to do that It's true that Zen is best learned through direct experience but this could be a way to get friends and family interested in learning more Ads are not obtrusive though and it's well designed
