I downloaded this app to use as a timer for work and I've found it has a lot of interesting features that make me happy. There are lessons on how to meditate, with more becoming available as you complete them, and there's a "museum" that tells you more about what you might see in a traditional setting. Yay for this interesting app. The timer is very customizable, too.
I'm quite surprised how solid an app this is. No add will pop up at interfere in the middle of practice. It offers clear,detailed instructions. The variety of background sounds are flawless. So glad that something this sound is free. As it should be. I have a zen background and therefore feel confident this is proper , correct,sound actual Zazen. Wonderful app. It has a permanent home on my device. And I ve grown to depend on it daily. This is so good. Thank you to the creators.
It's a good app, but the problem is that it stops the meditation sounds once the phone's screen gets off. It needs the screen to be always on, and this can consume so much battery power !
I downloaded Sutra 365 and I was so happy that the app helped me to chant the original Zen Heart Sutra that I said, what if this developer have more apps? Yes indeed he had one more ZenOto. This app it's very good at teaching Zazen to begginers. The soundtracks are amazing high quality. I love the app, but, It have a very annoying problem, the app close itself in the middle of the practice repeatedly. When I open the app again I have to start all over again. My phone is Pixel4 XL Android10 OS.
Excellent app. I use this app daily for meditation. Best thing is the meditative timer which is entirely configurable complete with ambient sounds. App also gamifies the entire experience with recently added sangha records and zen cards. Being a developer, I understand how hard it is to get the app so right Kudos to the developer!!
I like it alot, but I can't find the purchase mechanism for removing ads and 'going pro' with some extra sounds. I sincerely look forward to being able to exchange some token amount of currency in exchange for pro version. Thanks
simple, beautiful and has a multitude of "zen" audio choices truly great. There are regular adds. The meditation setting is my favourite feature as you are given the ability to customise your sounds and the lenght of your meditation time.
On my pixel 2xl, the app took over the phone. The ads eliminated the home and back buttons. I was stuck on how to quit the app. Resorted to pull down, switched to another app, went to the home screen and immediately uninstalled this app.
This app unfolds like a peony. I appreciate the authenticity. Great use of traditional Zen meditation sounds, practice, images and simple guides. So far, I'm using this daily. One small suggestion for development to consider, if I could also upload my own ambient sounds and label for private/shared additional curated meditations. I bought the pro version straight away. No ads are critical to strengthen practice. Worth every penny. 🙏💙

When mixing sounds, the sound on the left does not continue, it repeats once then stops, I have to keep reloading it perhaps three or more times before it functions correctly.
Very peaceful and relaxing app. It really is a nice and helpful especially if one gets anxious sometimes. Adds were inconspicuous and so doesn't get in the way of this much needed app. Thank you all Zen Oto team for producing this app. NAMASTE! Keep well, safe and happy. ~ 🙏🌹🎵💕💖😀
Fabulous. Genuinely Zen. I'd like a few more soft ambience sounds. My fav is sweeping. You can customise medit sounds, image and time to create your own medit. Best medit app I've tried. Thanks
This app has a great selection of traditional sounds and chanting. The Heart Sutra is beautifully rendered, allowing me to practice away from the temple and properly learn this ancient teaching. I would recommend this app to any seious practicioner on the go.
It is good. just don't like ads on bottom of screen. always there trying to focus and ads pop up

The app closes for no reason that I can figure out mid meditation. This wrecks the meditation. It's done it several times.

This helps you center yourself. It has a lot of good sound features to go with it app.
The choice of sounds is great. I just wish, in addition to seeing how many times you've meditated, that you could see which days
well laid out and authentic sounds for daily meditation. My only suggestion would be an option for 3 strikes on the Keisu for the begining and ending of meditation.
Good app. Simple one. Records the meditation time. I did 5 hours meditation and counting. Will recommend for hassle free meditation experience.

I liked the Buddhist sounds. Can I download your sounds from your app. I have to use the sound for a Buddha video. If so how to do it
Lots of options, variety of pleasant sounds, choices for visual stimulus, and an easy/direct approach. "Meditation Mission" starts off like a guided meditation, has increments as you progress, and validates good practice. Calendar is a nice touch, provides motivation as well as a reminder. Even the adds at the bottom are unintrusive. Well done.
