Like the app a lot but gets a star knocked off because there's no reason you shouldn't be able to see all of your workouts. Sixty days data is almost pointless.

A very easy application to manage I loved it and especially when I talk about the gym and all the team and the coachesare kind , it's like a family .

A little scary but interesting 🤔. Very friendly and comfortable environment. The coaches are amazing. Even though lm just a few weeks in it seen like l been there for years. Not only do they push you to do your best ,they only help you to enjoy doing it. They modifieding me to do thing that l couldn't normally do. I reach out to Mr.Jordan bc l was so overweight to at one point l could barely move and get around but think to him and The UNBEATABLE Fitness ,Let Just Say Momma Moving 😅 NMS

Great, however Zenplanner used to go directly to SugarWOD using the link. Now it takes me to the Play Store.

I'm having a hard time updating the app. I uninstalled it, and installed, but it's still pending..

I think reservation throught app is very convenient. You can view the menu if you want to check before heading to gym. I think the one page that confuses me is attendance page. This week, this month, last month.... I see the numbers but the way it is layout, it take bit of time to understand what you're looking at. I think this part need a UI design improvement.

My gym uses it solely, as far as I can tell, as a class sign up tool. And it barely does that. I can choose the class but I cannot add it to my own Google calendar. I just get the error "Warning! Could not find a suitable calendar." I queried support six months ago, and they said, Yeah, that's a bug on some phones. Except it's on my phone and my two tablets. Anyways, it's been six months. Fix it. UPDATE: It's been TWO YEARS and they haven't fixed the basic functionality of a scheduling app.

I've recently switched from iOS to Android and it's good to see that at least Zen Planner is consistent on both platforms. It Launches only 50% of the time the first time, usually requires a force quit and restart combined with needing to restart your phone or do a complete reinstall once every 2 weeks. SAME ON BOTH PLATFORMS! A+ for consistency! It's meant to do one, relatively simple thing, reserve and cancel classes- it can't even do that well because of the crashes. What is worse, I personally give them my money every month as a gym owner who unfortunately uses their system. I've provided feedback and get the equivalent of "noted". But switching systems of 200 members is like a very ugly divorce, I am looking for alternatives. If you are a gym owner, pick something else!

The app is a time machine back to the early days of apps on my old BlackBerry bold. It is slow, slow, slow! I could overlook the completely dated interface if it were at least snappy. The app also seems to periodically lose my password and force me to reenter. Sometimes I need to reset as well, which is a headache with the over-bearing requirements... it's a workout log-in app, not a bank. I only hope their fees are rock-bottom and that my gym isn't paying much money for this nonsense.

Most infuriating sign in experience. Doesn't work with password managers like LastPass. If you try it cancels all previous inputs. If you switch away from the screen to check a password, it cancels all previous inputs. Only reason this isn't 1 star is cause the app works as intended once you've signed in, not an amazing experience, but it is as intended.

Unstable app. It stops working ALL the time & logs you out consistently. This should be a fairly simple app to maintain but I think they are trying to implement ideas to try & stay ahead of the competition. However, they are dragging themselves under the curve & into the sewage because they are not fully vetting these updates in trials prior to updating the actual system. Or they have not invested in the proper hardware & software that fully capable of processing all the energy the app requires

The app works most of the time. I do think it needs UI/UX improvement at it lags when compared to the competition. There are instances where the app fails to work. For example, you can't remove an old gym. I've tried to remove my old crossfit gym for 3 years now and can't get rid of it. Also, it sometimes tells me what I don't have an account, which I obviously do. I also use Zenplanner for my business and the above issues are more apparent to my members.

This is a mediocre app but it does beat having to login to my gyms website Everytime I want to sign up for a class. The app doesn't seem to be streamlined for Android. The full app constantly refreshes, making you lose the page you're on. The add calendar button doesn't work 95% of the time. It's an okay app to use but definitely could be significantly better. 2.5 stars Downgrading to 2 stars as I see that the add calendar button bug has been there for a while (reading other reviews).

It does what it's supposed to. My gym uses this app to reverse a class you want to take. The app also has the option to add this reservation to your calendar as a reminder (this feature is incredibly helpful for me). After browsing through a few reviews I noticed there are a lot of 1-3 star reviews. I can't say I've experienced any of the negatives they have or really any glitches or negatives at all to be honest. For me, this app does what it's supposed to do.

Great for planning. Ridiculous that such a large fee gets paid if a payment is 'dishonoured'. The app let's you know money will be taken out, you check your account, and then it doesn't take the money out until the next day, when you haven't checked to make sure there is enough. I literally just went on to the app, clicked pay now, and it said, account paid, then I went back and checked my bank account and nothing had been taken out. Please fix this.

This app has become completely useless around June 2020. I visited a box out of state in July of 2019, and now, as of June this year, that is the only box I can see. I can't add or remove an account at all, so I can't check in for classes. I've emailed 2 different contact addresses and haven't heard from either one. Very disappointed.

Can't login, not the first time I've experienced this. Is as if the login button isn't activated. Enter my info try to click the "login" button, nothing happens. Not even an indication of an error. Tried clearing the cache, deleting data, uninstalling/reinstalling, rebooting phone...nothing works. My login details haven't changed since the last time i logged in. 🤷

Thanks for fixing the issue with adding appointments to my calendar!

Giving this a 1 star so maybe they'll fix the issues! I can't open my app anymore, it wants me to update it.. okay, I'll do that, but when I try to update it, it never updates. It tries to update but just keep spinning. It's not my connection, there's something wrong with the update. I can no longer use this app at all! Fustrating!

Just an unpolished app. Like when searching your workout library it won't preview you last result, but scrolling down w/o a search shows your latest result. There are also duplicate items in the library (ya it might be the coach's fault but you should prevent/fix it) Never really had a problem registering for a class though.

Could use some push notification handling options. Seems to randomly sign you out. Doesn't work with password managers but forces a strong password but oddly doesn't force you to sign in each time only randomly. Switching apps will not reload the Zen app, it requires that you restart the app. But you won't have to sign back in with your strong password oh poop this time you do, why? Why even force a strong password if I don't have to sign in each time? Ummm add the fingerprint sensor?

Works terribly with dashlane/Microsoft SwiftKey. Been an ongoing issue since I started using it 18 months ago. Everything from signing in to changing a password doesn't work properly and when I attempt to switch app to copy a new password it takes me back to the "enter reset code" screen. Please fix

This app is terrible (but not as terrible as the online product. For the online product, I give 1 star.) I cannot believe that anyone would want to use this product for their business. For whatever reason, it will not let me login (saying I need to enter a password, but the password is clearly there.) Both the app and the online product are not friendly with LastPass. As another reviewer stated, if you reset your password during this situation it does solve the issue. SO DUMB.
