Needs to more user friendly. Especially for staff and owner. Would like to be able to add in personal tasks for staff. Business meetings, interviews, staff meetings, doctor appts. As staff we use kur calendars alot not only to set appointments for our clients and classes but also personally since we use it everyday. Itd be nice to have that option easily accessible.
Easily the worst app on my phone. Every time I open it there is a 50/50 chance it will work. That is a horrible, horrible ratio. Requires constant updates, but never any noticeable improvements. Problem has spanned multiple phones and installs. But it's required for work so I still have it. Please fix.
EDIT: Since leaving the review below, I've been able to access the app on about a 50/50 chance. When it works, it's super convenient. I use Zen Planner on my desktop most of the time. I've had no issues there. But everytime I try to utilize this app I can't get it to load. I'd love to have access on my device as I am planning on getting a tablet to have my students sign themselves in.
The servers keep shutting down and nobody from my academy can sign up for classes when this happens. This critically affects my business when this happens as all of my students need to use the app to register for classes. We switched over from mindbody hoping for a better system but so far not much better at all. Come on guys.
Can't see checked in clients on a Pixel phone... looks from other reviews like it's been an issue for a while and still unresolved. Has a bunch of quirks that you have to figure out but gets the job done.
I do not have any issues with this app other than....if I want to enter 2 kids from the same family I can't use the same email for each kid. The app tells me I cant use an email that has already been used. Please fix this nonsense!
Horrible. Logs me out on a regular basis and I can't reset my own password. As a coach and not an owner or administrator this app is the bane of my coaching experience. If you plan to manage your own gym, look elsewhere.
I'm experiencing the same as others. Using Google Pixel 5 and it clears the username field every time I enter something in it. I cannot log in because of this.
Update: fixed and working better. It was working great but can't even see who is checked in. sent in a ticket on March 20th.. nothing yet.
This app is HORRIBLE. At least everyday I have some kind of issue with it. One time it will kick me out of my account and the next it won't load or the site is "down".
Can be improved, a little unreliable, and I would like more options and functionality.
useful tool for checking in members. would be rated higher if I could see who was checked in using my Pixel 2 phone.
Extremely slow, crashes constantly, needs new passwords way too often.
Would be an amazing app if I could see who actually was checked in, not just a number of people checked in.
make running a gym easier you don't have to run after customers they sign in to pick what they want and it's all set.

When you upgrade the app, please don't require it as mandatory without any warning. It's really frustrating to have to delay a class in order to upgrade the app to check people in. Update 3-Aug-17, 18-Jan-18, 6-Mar-18: same complaint. Update 5-Apr-19: the app will also expire your password without warning you that it'll happen soon. Would be nice if they gave an alert that it's coming. 6-Jun-20, 4-Jan-21: same complaint re: password
They always have issues with the app. I couldn't use it all this weekend, when I really needed it.
Ive been using the system (not just this app) for a month. I've dug really deep into just about everything it does and doesn't have to offer. The App itself is under developed. It doesn't allow staff to apply discounts to memberships or clock in. It doesn't serve well as a sales tool for staff to collect prospect data or allow staff to complete tasks. The online software is very frustrating. Difficult to use but I have high Hope's that soon it will be better.
