Only tracked my sleep once. Always had to push start and stop twice to get alarm to do what I wanted. Alarm sounds like any other alarm just not as loud and really not a zen waking, but I used to wake up to radio blasting heavy metal music. I have loaded the app twice with same results. For me it needs work

I like the look and feel, but if you fall back asleep after the alarm goes off, the stats for the whole night get replaced with however long you manage to sleep after the alarm went off. I would expect to be able to see the whole night independent of the alarm time. Other than that, the controls and menus are pretty intuitive and easy to navigate.
