Scam! Charges you money but cannot provide a reservation. Support staff would not agree to cancel the booking for random reasons. Do NOT use!

Great app with good prices. But one thing which is terribly wrong, you state if there are rooms available before making the user proceed to the last step. Today I checked 3 hotels and i didn't have my credit card saved, so i had to enter the card number 3 times just to find out that the hotel is fully booked. I mean what's the point of searching by date if you're not going to filter out the booked hotels already.

I'll be glad too. The ability to open the map, then find a different spot on the map and search that area still on the map is WONDERFUL. (CHECK AIRBNB) all othe hotel apps cannot do that. If you could, it would DEFINITIVELY give me a reason to use you, not them. Without it... ZEN goes to the back of the line.

easy to use and competitive rates

The application needs to be seriously reviewed and updated by your team. My first booking was denied (told to refresh and book again) and when booking again, I ended up having paid twice my stay! Currently experiencing troubles accessing my account in the app. Prices suddenly change after a few minutes (offices were lowered for my part). Excellent communication, staffs are available in the chat and immediately cancelled the first booking (but can take up to two months to be reimbursed).

Awful experience with the app due to them having a "glitch" in a system which forced us to refund our booking. Called up their customer service to sort things out but they were so passive aggressive on trying to claim that it was our fault for not getting back to them. Overall an awful experience and I would suggest everyone else's to stick to Agoda instead which have a wonderful customer service team unlike these "professionals" from zenhotels.

Not a good experience. Found deals on Google and every single time for every single hotel the price changed. Looks like you are trying to scam people with those non existing offers. Uninstalled in 10 minutes. Avoid.

This is the worst booking app ever. After I booked, I went to the hotel, I found out tgat there is no booking, they didnt even contact the hotel, but the app already told me that my booking is confirmed. The liars gave me a coupon that I couldnt redeem because when I wanted to use it they said that it is expired.

I booked a hotel but didn't get a confirmation code so when I canceled my trip I was unable to cancel my trip and actually didn't receive any notice until the day before I was suppose to stay in the hotel. We canceled our plans with other companies about a week before the trip was scheduled because my wife and I are out of work due to a covid quarantine. If you are looking for an app to make life easier this isnt the one. This makes life harder and less organized.

Zen was really good but don't know what's wrong with it from past few months whenever I try to book through the app there's always an error in the end of the booking when I try to make the payment. I hope you guys fix this problem with your app and bring the new update soon

Once, I booked a cheap deal with this app. They cancelled it because it was cheap and error in their system. They reserve the right to cancel your booking according to their terms of use. You can pick a good deal with them but they can cancel it.

Yes you refunded the amoun of around Dhs 4300, but I paid amount Dhs 8600 due to your mistake of booking cancellation less than 5 hours of check in. Also, I didn't refuse the offer, your led me wait more than 2 hours to and eventually you said " the hotel is fully booked" lol

I booked a hotel with a very good rate and was provided by agoda , but when i tried to book again to extend my stay i found out that the rate is gone and only available the higher rate from expedia or hotelsbeds ,so i had to go to agoda site to book directly through them as they still maintain the cheapest rate

AVOID THIS 'COMPANY' AT ALL COSTS. They are fraudulent!! They take your money but yet your booking doesn't exist and they don't reply to the chat, calls or emails. Has been a week of constant requests for someone to sort this out and they just ignore you. Hotel wants us to pay double price (we already paid zen hotels) for the booking. Save yourself and book with a reputable company so you actually can have a holiday.

Overcharged my credit card for hotel stay and my email blew up with spam after doing business with this company. Talked to customer service they said they would check into overcharge and get back to me. Never did! Now they respond same thing to this review about checking and getting back to me. They are liers and sell your email for profit.

I booked a double standard room with all my experiences in the past a double room means 2 double beds not one king bed.. This app may seem like a good deal it's not its a joke at best. I get to my hotel and get a single king bed. Hotel tells me that they have no other rooms available tried to get help from zen and got no where just tried to give me the run around saying you got a double room meaning one double bed.. I got a single king.. save your self some time and book through the hotel.

The application is so cool and very easy to use and very interactive. My only problem is the very long waiting time for the search to appear!

Found in google zenhotels offers lowest price for a hotel. But when i proceessed via website and after payment always tell failed to contact the hotel. I tried twice, and via app is also no room available. Hope my credit card is not charged yet.

Never Recommend. I booked a hotel via an app, and it direct me to zenhotrls, I saw a rate and booked, however I found that I was overcharged, they are not clear and looks theft in booking I made, that's steal.

Tried to book with 3 different cards and none worked. My points were lost also for some reason. Then went on original website and had no issue with booking -same card (paid 6e more for using website).

I book and i went to hotel and i found out that there is no booking at all. And then i complaint to zenhotels, they gave me a coupon that i couldn't reedem becauce when i wanted to use it the room always sold out

canceled my booking last minute with no refund, just a £30 to spend in the app when my hotel cost £164. absolute scum. now im stranded with no where to stay.

Only credit card available as a payment option , not suitable , website at least offer PayPal as another payment option , would be a good idea to add some additional payment options such as amazon pay or G Pay or PayPal .

Can't cancel reservation. Charged and didn't use. Booking #54K9VP. Invoice #001196. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Please do what you can, I'll update my review and hopefully we'll have resolved this.

It was not possible to book a single hotel,when booking one and the same inscription: this room is not available, etc.. terrible app

They are fraud. They have listed our hotel Mushkil Aasan without our permission and rates are too displayed randomly. We have never charged beyond 3000rs for any room ever and they are showing 46,000 per night. We never book through the agent. Despite intimating they are not delisting our property. We have no affiliation with OYO still they are showing it as OYO affiliated property. All of these has lead to confusion amongst our customers and it is affecting out business. Such a fraud.

Prices are good, but yiu need to make your booking several days in advance, otherwise, your booking may not reach the hotel upon arrival.
