Its being frustrating!!! Seems you guys updated the app and since then, it has being a disappointment to the other. I can't send statement to myself or any email at all. Can't query history, it will return empty results. The bank services option of sending bank statement to third party keeps failing with error message "unable to retrieve transaction details". This is so very much frustrating and annoying to say the least!!! Please fix this bug!!!
Can you guys please have an option for self airtime recharge just like every other bank. I don't like that I have to input my number each time I want to recharge my phone. It would have been 5 stars but for this issue. You guys are good though, fastest banking I've ever seen. The way transfers go through is faster than speed of light.
I love this app, its so smooth and easy for transactions but your transaction history is a problem now, before i used to check a certain name in history to calculate total amount i have sent to that account. But now it only shows a few transactions not all transactions between the both accounts and its really frustrating. Please you guys should work on that.
This app has been 100% failing and frustrating in the last few days since I updated. One cannot log in because it keeps reporting error, try again later. I've got in touch with your people via Twitter but they offered no solution. Fix this quickly; it's annoying. If it's possible to give negative zero (-0) that's what I would have given.
Changed my phone and it's been difficult launching the app. Went to the bank and I was told they were gonna fix it and up until now, I still can't launch the app. It keeps saying "Error occured" and I keep receiving mail of successful logins but the app itself isn't even opening or showing the dashboard. It's so appalling and disheartening.
I think the idea of this app is simple and easy to use. Which is good and works for me. However, I have to agree with others the UI is poor! You know that button where you click on to change to 'other banks' if you're transferring to a non-zenith bank. Yeah, people miss it. Which is weird because it's supposed to be obvious, but then it isn't. And your update is long overdue, July 2018 nah.
this upgrade is so overrated. the former light weight app runs faster and smoother than this. only the looks changed, the efficiency of this new update is very low. I can't see transaction history, it shows no result even after setting the dates, the time it finally shows, I can't see my recent transactions, I can't send an email statement of account, app slowly. no chat interface on the app with all these beautification. we are looking for efficiency, no beauty.
The app is really good. I suggest that your regular update will enable the app to store and retrieve the account numbers of previous transactions within the app. At least one does not need to go through the stress of copying account numbers from outside the app. Better still, make the account numbers of transaction history retrievable for the purpose of making subsequent transactions easy. Thank you.
Great improvement on this version. Suggestions/glitches: 1) Transaction history couldn't be expanded nor downloaded as to enable transferability of individual transaction to other party. 2) In-app Bill payment routes are not user-friendly. For example, the airline and cable TV that I'd tried so far. Aside these, to me, it's a great app. Thanks
Terrible. Doesn't work. For a bank that claims to be the best in the industry, this app is a heap of disappointments. The UI is pathetic and technologically behind on all counts. The functions are limited and lack innovation. I could go on and on, but my deepest frustration right now is that I've been unable to make transfers or airtime recharges for the past two weeks! 2 whole weeks!
My experience so far has been good and even better since i upgraded. I only noticed that I could not log in to the upgraded app, today. I initially felt it was internet access/network issues. However, I use other apps smoothly. I just uninstalled and reinstalled. I guess it is an issue with the server or some services.
Hey zenith! Want to say i like your app but for one thing. Please fix transaction history. Its rubbish. Sometimes they don't show up and when they do, it's almost useless. No information, just a set of numbers. Completely annoying. Please look at UBA and learn from how they diaplay transaction history on their app. So seemless and has all the information you need to recall a transaction when u click on it. When u click on yours, nothing happens. Fix it please NB: I have the latest version.
I enjoyed the app each time I use it, great experience, very fast in transfers, airtime purchase as well. The only problem I have with bank itself is the loan I took, last year. Each time I made the repayment the principal never reduced, I don't know when it will finished
The app is great, everything works fine for but your recent update has something that isn't cool to me, I noticed on the transfer page, when your keyboard pops up, the navigation at the button ie "Overview ", "Transfer", "Airtime" get is docked to centre that makes it covers part of the text, I think that should be left the way it was before.
I can't use the app at all. The old one was better. Anytime I launch the application, it keeps rolling with a message " Network not aavailable, Reconnecting'! Don't bother calling Zenth Direct either, they have no clue and cant help. Kindly fix this bug. Other than the connectivity issue, everything is great! Thank you very much.
I don't know what and the why but you guys are not "doing well" at all! You might not need our monies but to have a fully functional mobile app one day and the next zero access while all efforts to uninstall and reinstall, re-register, even going as far as to the branch office proving ineffective, is very faustrating to say the least. Why fix what works? The app was working before! It's been two weeks now and you have not gotten your acts together. Not good!
The purpose of an application is to facilitate matters for the consumer. It all looks pretty until you start making online bill payments and airtime recharges. Particularly with kedco prepaid, endless error messages, failed transactions, debit and reversals and in the end a simple transaction fails simply because glitches are not addressed properly. In case you are wondering this issue surfaces frequently and has been for two years. Meanwhile I'm home without light thanks to your efficiency!!!!!
It doesn't allow account opening. Tried to open an account, times without number, but it brings me back to staring point after filling all the required information correctly, continously. I don't recommend that someone should download for opening account with them. All their advert for account opening elsewhere is useless. No wonder all the negative feed backs.
I must confess that the app is very good, a friendly interface and easy to use. It is not a brain cracking one, though. Nonetheless the only issue i have with it is 'THE STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT GENERATION' I wouldn't know if one could generate statement of account without visiting any of branches. Lest i forget, i can't login my details on the ZB mobile app that is newly installed on my device because of the hardware token is requesting for. I believed changing of my device could have caused this.
Kindly work on the response time. The app doesn't respond as fast as compared to some others. Secondly, unlike the previous version, when you check on your transactions history, it does not show the amount remaining after every transaction. Work on that. It only shows the credit or debit amount.
I've been on this app for the past 3hrs trying to get my transaction history but it keeps telling me "No results found", meanwhile after several trys, it finally shows me a distorted history with the dates and time all mixed up, then when I refresh, it goes back to saying "No results found" Tried getting an email statement but that one too came out with the date and time all mixed up This is so frustrating.
This is the worst banking app I've ever used period! Transactions are NOT loaded correctly, I have to exit multiple times to see some transactions, I can't delete a beneficiary, can't sign-in with fingerprint. Everything about this app is old and outdated. Might have to take my money to another bank that makes access easy and secure.
I have to give it 2 stars. The app has been terrible this past few months. I have to try several times to log in. I have had transactions that failed and yet debited without reversal. Visited bank to reverse money and not gotten it back yet. Making bills payments is very terrible. There's always a 50% chance it would fail and yet be debited. Sometimes any transaction via the app might require trying more than once to be successful. It's so frustrating
I have been enjoying your new app version until recently last week to be precise when it became difficult to open. I deleted it and try to re-install but to no avail It has just been rolling since that day trying to download with a message waiting for download since last week. Kindly resolve whatever issue with the app asap. Thank you.
My experience with this app is frustrating. Most times and for the past 1 week I try to log into the app and it keeps telling me an error occurred despite no mistake in My details. The worst part is when you call customer care they tell you maybe you don't have data or there's no network where I am, WHAT NONSENSE!! Of cause I have data and network reception, then they tell you reinstall the app of restart your phone it still doesn't work. For 1 week I can use the mobile app.
