Not easy to navigate. Have to keep reinstalling it due to pages getting stuck. Can't use back button on phone. Email is awful. Too long to process when changing pages
Crashes very frequently. You can do one thing on the app and if you try to go back to the main menu or anything else, frozen. Better close the app and start over.
Awful. It often requires password resets. Also, tough to get a token to log-in when you need to log-in to get the token. Generally, I find this to be a very frustrating app that is best avoided as much as possible.
Used to work perfectly. But now, it is the third time that I've reinstalled and the app prompts for the access PIN without opening the keyboard, rendering the app useless.
Phone app is nice to have. Online web version (replacing THI) is news heavy and adds way too many clicks to get to mail, etc. It is terrible.
Some kind if update recently. Now Cant get passed the 4 digit pin section to log in. Empty boxes show up, no numbers to press. Reinstalled 4 times. Doesnt work on my Samsung. Disappointing.
There should be a contact number on the sign-in page. I don't want to reset my password every time I can't sign in.
This App is too busy. Have to do two part authentication every time even on device that you try to register.
Worked ok for about 12 hours. Then keeps crashing. Need to fix the problem

This is a wonderful app now that the new update fixed my log off issue. The support I got was quick to respond and resolved the issues efficiently. There is so much this app does and does well, chat, messaging, collaboration, file storage, and so much more.
Come...if my radar cruise on my car was this bad, I would be dead. After over 20 years of IT, 20 plus years since windows 95, still same BS different year. Seiously. I can log in with finger print, sometimes...when it lets me. Just spins when I try to load other apps. What is this? 2 to 3YEARS? I guess it's real fortunate TH HR has decided to reach out about another issue, l'll just point out I can not check anything. Not nice about IT after 20 to 25 years. 20 YEARS.
