1. Very slow 2. Almost every website shows you a captcha when using this 3. They lie about price, charge you more than the price shown at their website 4. They promise app for almoste very OS, but they lie - they don't have an app for Linux. Worst VPN I've ever used - don't buy this. Seriously.

I have bought the paid version and it's really worth it. Simple and awesome, gets your work done. Genuine product I'd definitely recommend to everyone looking for a vpn. Really worth it for the money.

Good experience over laptop ,but J can't see Iran when I use mobile app. Please add Iran to the list of countries in mobile application so I pay and subscribe.

Don't bother buying this. Huge waste of money. After the 30 days you can forget about the quality. It never stays connected. You get about 10 minutes and that's it. Then it's constantly rebooting, connecting& disconnecting to try again...some times it will work, most times not. Same experience on both phone and laptop. It's a terrible app.

I've been using Premium version almost a year already. Each month I paid for the Subscription. Yesterday subscription fee was taken from me as usually. But now the app keep telling me that "Your current plan is expired, please upgrade your Subscription". I think if you took my money - please provide a sevice. Or give them back, and I'll decide what to do.

Do not install! Terrible app. And above all if you require account deletion and data erasure they make you print a form, fill it, sign it, scan it and finally sent it again! Terrible procedure.

A suggestion for an improvement -A close button that fully exits and closes app. It runs in background with a notification constantly until i force stop it. Pretty annoying, id like to be able to fully close the app easily when i no longer wish to use it -Says im connected even when im not, like after turning off wifi. Obviously a bug or something. How do i know if ive been disconnected from vpn and am no longer being encrypted if it always says im connected?

Not enough settings in the Android app. The PC app is pretty customizable! I Would like to be able to see the bandwidth & names of servers! Not just the country they are in and the load on them! Slows my internet down considerably! Only got two stars because they gave me an excellent price for the service & the app's are easy to use even for a begining! Fix what I mentioned in the beginning, and I might just give it five stars! The speed of the VPN seemed to increase. So I upped it a 🌟

Your absolutely useless notification like "Your network data is at risk" is very annoying. I need notification ONLY when VPN is on for don't forget turn it off, when I have done my work with him. No one normal user don't use VPN all the time. At least because is hard for battery level. Do it just in OpenVPN, which show notification only when VPN is on.

They promise "trial period, you won't be charged during the 1st week". But when I tapped "subscribe" - I got a message from my bank that money was trying to be taken, and the app gives me "unsuccessful payment" message and doesn't allow me to continue. Ok, great UX! But I like the design and login screen is nice. Although I already registered my main email for a browser usage, and I wasn't able to login with it for this mobile app (no password needed or given before), nor signup (user exists).

Couldn't be happier with this app! Worth every cent of the subscription. Fast, smooth transition, wide range of control with choice of cover. I don't like to part with a monthly fee for anything I'm not 100% happy with, would most agree? This app, no hesitation at all. Cheers guys, champion work 😙👌

I am giving it 1 star even it deserve zero star, I bought 3 yearly plan on January 28, 2022 on $59 they deducted $59 from my account, the transaction is done through my Bank Credit Card. But after 24 hours on January 29, 2022 they cancelled my subscription without any permission and not refunded my money back. I have only bad experience with this application. No Customer Support, they only using automated reply where we can't get answers to our questions.

So far so good, really good bandwidth on all destination servers, everything works like a charm, and help and support is also good and very prompt. Just wish if they had a tollfree or something that would be even better. I would definitely recommend it and give it a 5 star for anyone who wants an awesome vpn at a really good price point. thanks.

I had been using it for more than 1 month it was running smooth and good. But after the last update everything changed. Its not at all working properly the browser keeps reloading after every minute and you have to start all over again. And also the company does not when the issue will resolve we did not paid for this. Would have given 5 stars but now i think even 1 star is more.

The app works well, connection seems to be secure, however application navigation is terrible: * there is no easy way to select a server. For example I'm connected to a server in Russia which is in my favorites. How do I switch server / country? I need to disconnect, then click on country name ("Russia") and then there is a list of servers. I spent several minutes checking settings and clicking different areas to find this out. Why so hard? * for example I have 2 favorites. Why can't I quickly select one of them after I disconnected from a server or while I'm connected? The main screen shall have more information / options

I took the subscription after looking at my friend's experience with your software. However VPN is not working on my phone even after paying for the subscription. Whenever I connect through VPN, my phone slows down, internet gets unaccessible and ultimately i need to kill the application forcefully. Request to refund my money as your software is not working.

I've used this app for a loooong time and only the free package. Recently due to low speeds I have paid for a 2 year subscription. After using them for years free of charge I didn't mind paying £44 POUND for a 2 year sub, it seemed fair if I'm honest.. Let's see if I get the speeds I am promised and no more buffering. I used it in both opera and chrome browsers as an extension never this app and had decent results, some days it was hit and miss but mostly it was ok.

The app works fine for VPN connection. However, even after days without opening the app, it keeps using vast amounts of battery (over 20% of a full charge) in the background with no active VPN connection. If this problem is solved, I'm willing to increase my rating since everything else works very well.

Pretty good, I've used this for about 5 years or so, one account used with my PC and phone. The only real negative is the price but I think all VPNs are over charging, unless you go with a free one that doesn't ret work.

Easy to use and has a nice selection of countries to connect through in free version. Paid subscription is inexpensive and has huge selection of countries, but fully functional without subscription. Very simple and unobstructive.

I use it on chrome on my pc and it's awesome! But on my honor 10 lite it's just unable to connect as if i don't have an internet connection! Other vpn work fine but this one not! Please fix it! I've tried restarting my phone, granting internet access to the app and even reinstalling it! I really wanna use your app

Works good to me. The only issue is that the app drains the phone battery when I dont use VPN and even when I close the app (I still see system notification about ZenMate using phone battery). This issue is there since long time ago, and reporting it to support didn't help so far.

Works with Netflix if that's what your after :) no issues can stream Netflix from any country and I've tried 10 different "legit" apps and none worked but found this one and it worked beautifully! Would rate 6 stars if I could! Highly recommend

I often have a hard time connecting to the US server, and end up having to connect to the West Coast one, or try several even out of country ones and then back to the US server. Speed is ok.

Has been using for 4 months and wouldn't recommend for stable connection. After update through update, was hoping this app would do just fine $7.9 a month. Should have better connection features as well as feedback options for failed connection.

I purchased it two months ago for three years but it's not working. In first two weeks it work great but after that any country which I connect with works only three to four minutes and sometimes not for a second it works. I think I wasted my money on this app. 😟
