I hope the bug is fixed. Zennya is a good app but lately, it's been frustrating to use it.
Since latest update, app constantly crashes and is unusable.

Terrible customer service behind app. No venue to show if updates if tests will push through or not beforehand. It will just show up as expired without any prior notice.

NOT CUSTOMER-CENTRIC. App does not allow same day specific-time scheduling. The app mobilizes therapists immediately upon booking, with varying arrival times which you cannot control, ranging from 8 minutes to as much as 45 minutes (at least based on last night's experience). Customer service (with bad attitude) insists that either you take the time their app has set (not your desired time), or cancel and rebook again with uncertainty that you will get your desired time. BAD APP AND EXPERIENCE.

1. Reported issue last 4/17/2022 - app crashed and was given an APK to resolvr the issue 2. Sudden charge of Product Fee that was never ever incurred. You should place a radio button to avail or not avail as we prefer to use our own signature balms and oils
Can't open app
I tried booking an RT PCR and the night before my test, it was cancelled because their "testing partner" backed out. THE. NIGHT. BEFORE. But they charged me already even though the app said payment will be processed after the test!! My only option is to rebook a more expensive test in the same app. Inconvenient. Should've booked in a more established lab. Update: one month after still no refund. They told me to follow up from my bank, but BPI said Zennya has not acknowledge the cancellation.
Terrible experience with the app. Bad UI. Experiences delays all the time. Cant book for extension. Hard to navigate.
Service could be faster (i.e. appointment was 1 hour late, lab results came kinda last minute on the 2nd day), but it's all pretty convenient. I would probably use their services again in the future
Terrible app. Not optimized, UI is sluggish and the back end is delay on processing data.

Nope. Took more than hour to book a therapist. So no good. I booked my local "suki" therapist instead, only took her 30mins to get here.. I thought zennya service was better, but no. Don't waste your time.
Bug in todays release !
I applied as a therapist just now i felt kinda discrimination the interviewer really do not know how to qualify real therapist i think that lady is just intimidated with me. Anyway its their lost i am just hoping that they will assign a good interviewer with a simple common sense. Nothing wrong with the company the inteeviewer hire only the person she likes .. I just wished they will send right people on their company.. No wonder theyre now considered as having bad customer service
Your app is currently broken on Android. Fix it
The app is unstable and crashes in the middle of bookings . It's confusing and the customer service reps can't fix the uasues when changing or adjusting bookings. Please fix your app
