Constantly kicks me out and needs me to login when I'm in the middle of checking my schedule. It's terrible, I've never experienced such a poorly operating app. I also HATE the booking function on the app. Not easy to use at all but very easy to accidently book your client on someone else's schedule. It's a disasterous app.
Edit: They fixed it! It's great! Yeah it's alright. They need to add a confirmation option when you sub a class - my finger brushed across a 6am and now I'm stuck with it! Otherwise it's a decent standalone to supplement the desktop version.
Began using this app approximately 1+ year ago (am not great with time) as the spa I work at required it. Was very happy until changes were then made to it. Now it constantly kicks me off and I must sign in repeatedly while it's in use. This is extremely annoying, frustrating and disappointing. My colleagues are experiencing the same difficulty. Please correct this defect ASAP. Thank you.
Slow. Teck support will tell you its your internet. It is not. I can stream videos on my phone but cant quickly access a data base ? My office has fiber internet I'm sure its fast enough. I am occasionally locked out and told by the app Im out if my zone, while I'm in my zone. They should fix the app to instead of blame storming.
Worst app ever! I only use this because work requires it. It always kicks me out and I need to re-log in, or uninstall/reinstall so it will open. If I was in control of all our company's use of which app to use I would drop Zenoti completely. Unfortunately I don't.
Its not opening it only opens to the screen saying zenoti and nothing else. It takes forever to load when it does finally work. Very aggravating app.
To call this app garbage would be an insult to garbage. Constantly kicking me out, signing me out, saying I'm out of the area when I'm standing in the break room, or when I'm in the middle of a note. Can't edit notes either and it's sooo slow to load. Not user friendly AT ALL. I hope you get shut down and my job chooses an app that actually functions. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Used to be half decent, now it's just awful. It always logs me out and takes forever to open back up, if I can get it to open at all. My work requires this app --- otherwise, I'd use something different for sure
I honestly hate dealing with this app but unfortunately I need it for work it likes to take its sweet time loading sometimes it doesn't even load at all it likes to be picky about which device it works on I've had to Uninstaller and reinstall it multiple times but the problems still pursist
Keeps loging me out. And I am stuck at the zenoti's logo so I can't even log back in. Unless I uninstall the app all together and re-download the app!
Always cuts off, have to reinstall alot due to never opening, this is the 7th time I have had to do it in a week, always kicks me out while doing anything on the app
Working not correctly. The problems with opening. Every morning I can't open from the first time. You need to do many manipulation. Also problems with check in and check out
This app needs a lot of work. Several times it would not even load or open for days at a time. There is no way to refresh or update it. I had to uninstall it.
Used to love the app but recently it keeps crashing/kicking me out while I'm using it. With the new updates I can't even open the app at all...
For ipad, it's fine. The android mobile version (which is what I mainly use) is absolute trash. It constantly logs me out, tells me I'm not connected to the internet (when I definitely am), and often won't show updated information until much later than it should. I HATE this app!!!
The app kept kicking me off the site while looking at the schedule. Also, no more notifications when clients come in. It's still kicking me offas of 4/1/2022
Constantly kicks me out when I'm trying to view my upcoming schedule. Very annoying. Please fix this.
It keeps shutting down and freezing, logs me up and the app pops up over others when I'm not using it, 5/11/22 Now it doesn't even open up just stays frozen🙄🙄🙄
If I didn't work for HC I wouldn't use this app. It closes ALL THE TIME especially when your looking at further dates and automatically LOGS you out everytime it crashes. Also doesn't let you add any breaks.. useless 🙄
Horrible, unfortunately I cant stop using because of my company. I'd rather use the old paper forms, thats how bad it is !!
This app is trash!! Continuesly uninstalling and re-installing just to check my schedule. Just TRASH!
It's no longer showing the start time button on any of the client appointments spots. I'd give a 5 star when it gets resolved. Our shop depends on the start and stop button of the time management system.
Absolute garbage. I have to use this at work as they (for some unknown reason) decided to use it for scheduling. Constantly kicks me out and takes forever to log back in or just sits at the loading screen and does absolutely nothing. I look forward to the day I can delete this trash from my phone forever.
