Terrible. This last update messed up the whole system on my phone. And now i have no volume unless my headphones are plugged in. Volume is low quality, camera isn't focusing, settings are missing and I have a very basic settings menu now. And the phone keeps freezing and shutting down, deleted sensitive content from my storage. Not impressed.. Not to mention you stop people from posting on the forums so we can't talk about the last update that ruined the phone.. logged in but can't post

Never buy Asus phones. They misell by stating wrong specifications. Asus phones are full of bloatware that cannot be uninstalled. Worse, basic phone functions of making phone calls don't work. The phone has network issues, and is not reachable when someone calls.

My ASUS ROG 2 mobile keeps crashing, audio jack not working properly when connected with wired headset. Camara not worthy, no option to customize themes and icons. Issues with audio, clear screen menu.

Just a wrapper for a website. It's no different than the actual website, except for the occasional notifications which are mostly useless.

My Zenfone max pro m1 mobile automatically goes into silent mode and I'm missing so many call but when I checked with the settings everything seems fine. Asus please resolve it asap. I'm facing this issue frequently. I need to restart the phone again and again to receive ringtone when someone calls.

After the recent fota service, my phone becomes prone to errors, halt and freeze most of the time, restarting alot... visited your web and tried to contact cust service, but always offline.. i am starting to regret purchasing your product

keeps force closing ZenfoneAR VZW. the whole reason for downloading is to check status of the AR PIE or Oreo update. ASUS THIS WAS A FLAGSHIP DEVICE THAT IS STILL FABULOUS EXCEPT FOR THE SOFTWARE! this phone was not cheap, i beleive your customers that invested in one deserve to receive atleast one major update in its life. a security patch doesnt count! thanks Asus for making the best products out, i have never purchased another brand when you have been one of the choices to pick from ❤️ ROG.

MOST USELESS APP rather WORST. I never wanted to give even Single Star but without giving Star this Review can't be posted so giving Single Star RELUCTANTLY. ASUS seems to be useless and its other phones or laptops looks to be very expensive, unreliable and one must desist from buying them.

Seriously it is very bad thing to do suddenly shutting down the app. Now from where we get the latest info about our phones. Its terrible thing to do with its customers.

amazing mobile. DO BUY ASUS.i have asus zenfone 2 from last 3.5 year.it still works perfectly.And I wanted to share something great about handsets of this company.yesterday my phone dropped and got wet and was there in water for almost 2 hours but still my ASUS mobile is working perfectly fine.I just dried it overnight and just now I have switched on. and i couldn't express my happiness. This is the first thing i em doing today after opening mobile.GREAT MOBILES.AMAZING WORK ASUS .WELL DONE..

Asus needs to pay attention to their fans. Host events, build better apps to cultivate a loyal fanbase and more. As of now, this app looks dated. Content is old and often incomplete. Maybe hire new teams of writers and coders to build and maintain a better fan app? Take cues from Xiaomi and Oneplus, for heaven's sake!

This app is a total waste as no body from Asus responds to the queries and requests of customers. I wish they themselves visited these forums and looked into the problems highlighted then and then provided solutions/updates accordingly only then this app would have served its purpose & Asus would have rocked.

hopeless service of ASUS, I want asus music player, but officials can't,given me,application link from 2 years,& on the playstore there is available, apple music,Samsung music,Panasonic music player application which I tried but useless, I'm ASUS

Really bad app. Not sure what it is suppose to do and layout is old skool. Forums cannot view anything / empty.

please improve the app. It mostly feels like as if i am using a web browser. It's appearance is also very dull

My Asus Zenfone Max pro m1 mobile automatically play randomly ads, when l use any video player, YouTube,games and hotstar. It's disturbing so much please tell me how to solve this problem.

this community app terrible,UI is bad, functionality is bad ,user experience is terrible, design is generic .asus if you really care about your users then completely redesign the app.

do not use this application instead use the Google Chrome browser to browse through their website which is far more efficient

useless app....cant report a bug....cant click om your threads from your profile....no user friendly.... disappointed, just like am disappointed from my max pro m1 as no one is ready to solve my bugs.....have atleast 4-5 bugs in my phone right now

Bad customer support no accessories available, even the country customer care don't have or can provide, hated buying an expensive phone from Asus
