Now its not connected, Connection error most of the time

1st two months working but suddenly today onwards not working but I have balance in my account 5 $.......so pls help me app developer

Dont even try this app.In my personal experience to make a call i need to try more than 10 times to connect and if it was connected with in 5 mins the connection will lost and you will not hear anything even both you and the other have good signal.so its not the signal problem its problem with this damn app.

It's a very Good Application. This helped us to contact our family located in other part of the world. Incoming calls ringing in background, we wont know where the ring is coming. Etisalat and Du has blocked most of the social chat and call applications which has unlicensed VoIP protocol blocked in UAE. Why does totok is not blocking. People like to know the secret.

Nice App better than others. few times it went blank and deducted amount, many time calls would be less than min and it deducted 6/8 min. Also sometimes it gives connection trouble.

This app... Is total failure for me..because sometimes its showing invalid operation code. I don't know why.. I just uninstall and re install it... But still the problem persist.

Hi zeo team are you guys going to shutdown your app ? I am using this app form long time but now i am very disappointed with new update . when i'm opening this app its showing loding then time out reflection several times . I can't connect it properly please try to solve it at shortly.

App is good but its repeatedly coming FORBIDDEN and some call not connected quickly its take too much time to Connect a call please give solution what can i do...??? and also coming too much adds please remove the adds.

Recently I find this issue. I have credit but showing error Time out I retry somany times it's not open. Please solve this issue. Overall average need more improvement.

Its degrading itself. Very bad service now a days... Not connecting well and the sound issue from the other side. Fix it asap...

its not working on my phone Xiomi 3S Prime, always showing connecting and connecting.. Showing msg Sorry Cannot obtain pin. somerimes showing loading balance. Please fix the problem.

Most of the time it deduct balance but not connecting i don't know what's going on coz there is lot of bad comments about this app but you guys are still not doing anything so i am going to delete coz it is waste of time

After the recent update, I am not able to use Zeo. It shows FORBIDDEN. Otherwise it was working perfectly. Can you do something?

Since two month call is not connecting getting forbidden error.and there is no customer care and support service .so i cant contact and get the resolution..if anyone know abt it pls help.me to resolve the issue.

excellent application .some time cannot connect .other ways excellent clarity voice. every one can choose this application.

It was working fine till la st week, when it got updated, it's now not getting registered... Says time out... Please check, how can we reload old version?

donot install thiss app it is fraud. they are eating your money. all the data they are showing is not true. i dont know how my balance minutes gone. worst calling app.
