The issue of log in and registration is still a major challenge facing the app and there is no action taken people cannot force the app to work can the developer kindly solve that problem or else a lot of people will find the app useless And stop cheating the customers that u have solved the situation but still no action has been taken as the app is still unworkable can u look on the way to log in and register before having the check connection problem that is always written at the bottom
An excellent app with a nice UI that provides students with a great opportunity to learn & interact with great content and videos. Learning taken to a whole new level!
It has really helped me revise.This so far is the best app any high-school student would need. Thank you for the app. But I would like to urge for videos for all subjects such as Humanities
It will be better if you add English, Swahili and the rest of the humanities and technicals over this holiday for students to use...especially those in candidate classes.. Thanks.
The app crashes each time I try to download assignments. It's very frustrating. Rectify as soon as possible!!!😡😡
Hi the app was working fine until 2 days ago when all the assignments from my school suddenly disappeared and even after restarting or reinstalling the app it is still the same.and it is not only one but many of the people in my school are saying the same thing.please fix this
It's good but it goes by not downloading the lessons, other subjects to have no videos for learning and hangs while downloading. I kindly request for such development and the problems
An excellent, well organized learning resource with sound up-to-date content. I got this for my brother in Form 3 and he finds it incredibly helpful. Wide range of subjects too. Commendable. Some suggestions to note; include downloadable transcripts (articles), and flashcards. Overally, great. Keep it up.
Its good but consider students because they requure hard copy for revision. This app does not allow download for prinring purpose which is needed. Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones to school. So how will they revise or use this app?
Why does zeraki act so poorly nowadays. I can't download anything I want because it keeps stopping.i can't even watch a video because it keeps stopping and hanging.i really now hate this app, after a very long time use but now I really hate it. Fix this
The app has potential but again it still has a major problem. I just installed the app and I couldn't even get over the registration part. Pls fix that thank you
Overall it's very good and helpful but doesn't have lessons of all subject e.g English, Kiswahili, Computer etc
This app is the worst. I don't get it, it keeps hanging every time and exiting by itself. You can't even learn anything. DON'T INSTALL THIS APP.
Great learning tool and I would have easily rated it 5 stars were it not for the fact that the tests cannot be downloaded. Please look at this coz as parents we try to limit gadget time for our children.
I am a highschool student,, the app is wonderful so to say but i have a problem with the English lessons where i was soo excited to learn English yet i find Kiswahili lesson instead.Please work on that.
This App still have some issues, I have just uninstalled and installed it afresh but still its the same thing. Kids are on holidays kindly check on it!
It's a great app that is easy to use and understand but I am constantly facing trouble downloading the lessons even after reinstalling
I re-downloaded the app and still can't register. Response during registration is no internet connection. One star ⭐ is more than what I should give.
This is a great app but I cannot access CRE,Kiswahili,English ,business lessons it just keep telling me the content is currently not available fix this please!
Great learning app. The problem is I redownloaded the app but the videos can't be downloaded.
They keep telling me to check my internet connection when it is perfectely okay....i dont know how else am going to log in ...thats why am rating it one star.Please fix this problem
It's an awesome app judging bythe content already there but kindly add content for the other subjects as well so as to be fully beneficial to the student. Kindly inform the users of the deadline for fully developing the app. Also, I request you to add music lessons as well. Apart from that, I'd give the app 5 stars.
Its a very useful app..but some content are not available and should be updated. Otherwise keep it up ❤️
My school sends homework through the app and yet I can't access them on my phone but got them on the laptop.This isn't fair for the less privileged .
Amazing app with useful content only if you added topical questions plus languages and technical .Otherwise I can't complain plus also teachers are slow especially bio but he is a very nice teacher I understood how he taught in less than an hour! May the Almighty keep you guys going and increase your knowledge .I didn't have much to say but I must reach 100 words as you guys stated . These are my suggestions in point form: 1.Topical questions 2. Other subjects to be added 3. Revise failed questions in KCSE for the previous year just incase it might be repeated
The app is very good and helpful one can learn from anyway!!! It is really helping me alot. I was just making a suggestion if it was possible to merge two accounts like a friend so you can monitor each other's progress...like it can have a study buddy feature it could be nice....Thanks
The videos are good for learning and interesting as well but the answers to some of their questions are very inaccurate and are NOT the same as the ones in books or ones written in class..... so I highly don't recommend their questions since it might cause confirmation to the learner!
I've just updated the app only to discover that all the contents I downloaded is gone. Please help me on that. All in all, the app's great 👍, but it would be much better if video lessons of the languages, humanities and the technicals were also available
This app is very helpful bt some of the subjects taught are incomplete and the languages l think should also be included and the opening of some subjects takes along hence making the lessons wanting.And l think some of the lessons are incomplete so they should be included but it a desirable and attractive one by improve in some areas to make it luk more better.
The app is generally good, with captivating content mastery and methods of teaching. The teaching methods get all information to students as precisely as possible. Several issues though, such as how too few subjects are covered, the video watching interface isn't really user-friendly and a portion of the video is blocked out by a floating box that serves no purpose and the downloading interface only downloads a few of the selected materials but leaves out a majority.
