The app is great. I love that it has a fasting tracker and an eating window tracker, that's very convenient. The only issue is with the home screen widget. Sometimes it becomes unresponsive (when you click on it nothing happens) and the only way to fix it is to remove it from home screen, and the re-add it :( This happens every day, which makes the widget virtually unusable, which is a shame, because it would be super useful if it worked.

I almost wanted to keep this app. It's pretty good, and the formatting of the exported data is quite nice, perhaps the best of any app. However, it's sooooo ugly to look at, the display colors and design are horrendous, regardless of which color scheme you choose. If it weren't for the hideous appearance I probably would have kept it, because most of the other features are pretty nice. All they needed to do was have a simple / clean layout and color scheme… Fail.

Love it! Better than the Zero app. Widget is exactly what I was looking for! Amazing app!! I would like to see some more options for stats. A seven-fast average or running average of 7 would be nice. Also being able to view graphs of other data like eating windows or percent of goal/day would be a bonus. The data points on the compare graph for fasting times are listed in minutes, which is pretty useless to me. Hours would be a lot better. Again, thank you for this great app!

Invasive, full screen ads that make it hard to use the app. I don't mind occasional advertisements, but when they cover the entire screen and force you to dismiss or move past them, it makes it hard to use. Ultimately for an app that is a fasting timer with some additional features. Please consider your users with your ad design. I'd rather pay a small fee for this app than deal with ads like this. edit: thank you for responding to my comment. I'm glad to hear that the frequency has been reduced, but full-screen interstitial ads that require clearing are never going to make for a good user experience. Please consider reliance on banner style which are already also present. I shouldn't have to use the back button to get out of an ad while I am interrupted trying to use the software. I checked out the web version, but I am here because I wanted to use the app on android and not via a browser.

I'm definitely a fan after using this for two weeks. It is helpful, easy to use, and has great features. This is the second fasting app I've used (the first app wasn't great). The ads are not annoying, and are few enough to still enjoy the app. It is customizable to any fasting hour, and the charts are helpful to see fasting history. To make it 5 stars, I would include the option for additional motivating notifications to pop up, especially towards the end of the fast. I recommend this app.

I like it so far more than other app with bigger score. I like the appearance, all the options available, the comparation graphs, the only thing is bothering me a bit is the font size on weight/measurements area. I feel are way too small. I would like to find a way to make them bigger. Maybe it is, and I just didn't discover it yet ... But overall I recommend it!

I like this app. It's easy to use and is pretty straightforward. However, I'd like the app to notify me (with a chime or sound) when the fasting period is over, rather than having to constantly check it. There is a notification section in settings, but it doesn't seem to be connected to a sound or any overt means of notification. Would pay for the pro version if this issue was worked out. Also, the app's color scheme is kinda garish.

I love the app!! The only thing missing that would make it perfect (for me) is it there were just a "start fast" button that started your fasting timer without having to choose a specific amount of time. The "custom fast" option is close, but you still need to choose a set amount of time. Besides that, it's a very simple and nice looking app that does exactly what it says it does. I highly recommend.

Seemed like it might be great and what I was looking for. But who creates an app that doesn't allow for navigation between pages? I uninstalled it finally because it hot stuck on the weight entry page with no way out. Pretty big flaw. Hi. The developer replied that you can use the back button on your phone. Since I'm not new, I tried that, but that takes you out of the app. Maybe an app shouldn't depend on the phone, but should be designed to fully function. The app opens on the page and sticks

New 2021-10-20: After updating, I feel like I re-subscribed to ads; there's a big one popping up where my weight log should be. I also found out that syncing data doesn't save your body measurements! Original: For what this app does, it's simple and effective. It's almost perfect, and my real problems are that the month view on fast hours should start on Sunday instead of Monday and that you can't go back in time to add water counts if you missed a day. It's well worth the cost of removing ads.

The product itself is good. However the developers have approached ads in a very aggressive way. Ads physically move the UI elements that you click on to input weight. After submitting a form you get a full screen ad with full audio. Edit: Developer is very responsive to feedback. Edited my feedback based on them making rapid changes and clarifying my own misunderstanding on payments.

My previous review seems to have disappeared.. I like the app, its simple to use and handy. I wish that the units for weight could be changed to Stones, Stone and KG I used in the UK but stone makes more sense to me. Only real Downside of the app is the adverts can be very intrusive. If there weren't full screen apps trying to get you to play games then it probably wouldn't be so annoying. Thanks.

I'm really trying to give this app a chance, but the frequent full screen ads when switching screens are a big turn off for me. There's already an ad bar on the bottom that is always visible and vying for my attention, the additional full screen ad popups seems too much. If the goal is to persuade me to buy premium, I won't know if the app is worth premium if i don't give it a chance to begin with. *edit* The current interval for full screen ads seems to be every other time History is pressed.

This app seems very flexible on editing start and stop times - even extended times are easy to set as a goal. It provides a page to record body measurements. I also like that there are descriptions of what should be happening in my body at certain hours of fasting. My only complaint is that the description remained on the details for 48 hr state when I got to 72 hrs. Overall, I really liked this app! Will use it again!

Great app,really like how at the different stages of the fast it is explained. Would be cool if after putting in the measurements it came up with fat percentage as per the Navy specifications or something. As I don't have a lot of faith in the readout on bathroom scales. Great app PS I can't read all of the fasting info that changes at the different stages of a fast, covered by the ads

The latest updates are still backwards. (1) there are now additional clicks to enter information. (2) the graphs don't automatically load for weights etc. (3) the graphs still aren't working for long-time use (eg over a year of data). (4) the graphs still aren't customisable (ie, limiting the y axis). (5) it keeps putting new entries under the wrong day (even though the correct day is showing when ensuring info!)
