my watch died not even a year old I have had it three months

The app must have a new design, I buy the watch $200 and the app is so bad, but the whatch is good.
This is the worst thing I app I ever used I don't like to do review but this is a mess. The watch is nice looking but the app that is supporting this watch is a mess it need serious updates.

Highly questionable and dubious: The app requires both access to all those valuabels on the phone, but strictly requires to open an account at Kronoz, so you'll never know where you''re confidential data will got to. If you don't agree with that you cannot use the watch at all. And they don't thell this before purchase. In my eyes inacceptable. and a violation of privacy.
Watch won't sync or update properly, weather won't sync, country keeps resetting in profile, watch faces won't download please fix id hate to think I paid for a piece of junk
Disconnects often. Defaults phone calls to the watch when on a call unless I turn off the BT all together. Defaults to Algeria and Geneva no matter what I put the settings on. Disconnects constantly. I want to love the watch but it's hard when it's not 100% functional.
This app doesn't sync the activities. There is no sync button at all. Watch faces also doesn't sync. The weather country always reset to Geneva. Very disappointed after buying this 180$ product. Good for nothing. Wastage of money. Want my money back.
I can't even sign up or login. It gives me an internal server error. Seriously? How is this watch even selling, I should have read the app reviews before purchasing the watch :(

My first smartwatch. It is NOT working with OnePlus One. The app is freezing and restarting the phone. I can connected via BT though. Not much solace. Will keeping experimenting but it's not looking good. Even connected to my work iPhone to firmware update and it's still not working on OPO. Had to uninstall from iPhone and it now connects. Do not like the small connect radius. Reconnection is difficult.
Set the options how you want.... it won't work that way but set them how you want. So far this stupid watch won't keep it's own options right. It won't even stay in america for it's weather app. Keeps showing me geneva even though I changed it manually. Sound, better be wearing a hearing aid if you think the watch will work for phone calls. Change the options, all you want it goes to the watch everytime. Failure! Poor coding and bad hardware. Poor customer service response as well. My roommate sent them an email over a week ago no response.
You need to be able to set more than six reminders or at least add some text to them. The notification system is bugged , I've set it to sms only and I get Google Assistant notifications also. If I refuse to keep it connected all the time I end up loosing the days progress on fitness at midnight. The watch should have some sort of internal 5 day history , it's only 4 values to remember. Also not even sure the watch fully supports LE Bluetooth as it manages to triple the phone's standby battery drain. After only 2 months the flick of wrist gesture only works when it wants. Competing fitness bracelets at third the price detect sleeping on they're own and do not need a manual start like the zeround. The watch speaker buries itself on the skin making you use your other hand to pull it off and hear something during a call. I ended up using it as a fancier regular watch. I'm disappointed considering I could have bought a true LE fitness bracelet that still gives call alerts at third the price and get a heartrate sensor as a bonus.
It's my first smartwatch, but I'm a bit tech savvy so instead of panicking and threatening to return it, I will offer some observations I made, hoping that they will lead to some improvements. There are several new and old issues: 1. It hogs the BT connection. This means it disconnects any other connected device. While at it, it drains the phone battery. 2. When answering a call from the phone, it automatically defaults to the watch and you have to manually switch to the handset, while the other person has to wait. 3. If you initiate a call from your phone, it again defaults to the watch. Even if you set the call through the handset, the watch keeps vibrating and providing the default call options, although it is pointless. 4. The notifications only work if the app is open and IN THE FOREGROUND! If you close or simply minimise the app, you will get a sync error on the watch. Apparently it does not have a running background service, or that service simply fails to start. 5. If, in order to get rid of the annoyance from point 2 above, you disable the "Phone Audio" option on the phone as suggested in another post, it will actually completely disconnect the watch from the phone.
Its ok. Needs more watch faces. None of which you keep showing work. Also the watch needs and update. You should allow to use keyboard to reply. Also one simple simple Game for the watch would he nice.
Have to unpair and pair this POS everyday. The options can be set but the watch won't properly follow them (so why have them). Poor quality crap wouldn't pay $50 for this watch going to return it.
Nice design and look. Easy to use. Still the app has some issues. Even though I chose the weather to update automatically, it got stuck right after it started. Could anything be done?
Watch looks great...aps is bad...try since 2 hours to update the watch...see new version but doesn't download. Ota should run without hassle. From a Swiss company I expected swiss master watch quality...love the watch...hate the lousy designed software.
Can't sign in to the app, will related when fixed....in the mean time, waste of $100
No Gmail connectivity, seriously ? Firmware update has removed some options.
