no way of connecting the watch with app. i can scan the watch QR code, but the app works roind and roind without connecting. no way to connect gps. the watch searches and finds nothing. yet there are plenty of satellites up there. your support team did not help at all. i am disappoonted and don t use it anymore. a failure. regards, marco
Can only successfully acquire GPS signal for one time in my training, but the route tracked is totally wrong. The route shape is correct, but misplaced/shifted for several hundreds metres away. For other times, it never acquired any GPS signal. Terrible!!!!!
Problems with sync. Collected data are too basic. Missing analysis and averages for heart rate. Only 19 watch faces available.
the watch always lost the connection with the mobile and difficult to connect it back again. From my experience ,tell the truth this brand is not recommended. Despite the price was not so different from the leader BRAND compare with the same class but The quality of the brand is quite far from top three in the market.
the android app keeps disconnecting with the watch, need to always ooen the app to reconnect. The watch itself is good, but the application, No. by the way, no problem with iOS phone.
When I got a new phone, I had hard time to connect. And then finally I could connect but I can't get notifications like phone, whatsApp or text. Even I can't control music. Nothing the apps I use not support? I'm so disappointed
Do not buy the watch. the gps does not work, the watch cannot be paired with phone MI 9 (I wish i knew that it only works with a few smart phones) anyway the number of steps or kilometers never accurate, heart rate, sleep function nothing works. Nice looking watch but waste of money. Do not buy.
It's difficult to sync the data with the app. Many times it reboots and all the data is lost. Which is very disappointing. I go hope it will be updated in future.
fantastic looking watch, but unfortunately it constantly disconnects from my phone. this is becoming very frustrating, this issue needs sorted.
Phone is overheating, draining phones battery, bugging, continuous force closing, notifications doesn't work all the time, etc... Deleted... Watch is useless without it. Tested on Galaxy Note 8
app alway stopped when I open or connect to my watch. How can I solve this problem? I already tried to remove and reinstall it. It not solve the problem. I claimed my watch 2 times. now i used the third one and cannot pair with my phone. I hope I can solve the problem soon.
No problems with the watch ! Wish dismiss on watch would dismiss on phone !! Also button customization would be nice. Please update

Add some new watch face from time to time. ZeSport2 its not cheap watch, we want something new in app, or watch face for our money! Mi band 4 do that for her customers!
The zesport2 until i brought it now. This is third watch which was claimed to me. First black screen after used 1 day Second gps not working after used 1 week Third waiting for test again

difficult to connect and if you cinnect after loss battery your phone not automatic to connwct again.
we have to push 'play' bottom when i go to sleep, it's not automatic.
This was paired to my phone for one day, unpaired to try on my moms phone, would not pair, then will not pair again to my Samsung S8

The app is relatively good but it is noticeable that it's made by a company of lower quality than fitbit or something like that. The statistics are much more basic then i was used to. It would be nice that the ZeSport could work on the new and improved Mykronoz app because that work far better Biggest fault is that when you syng the watch in the app the watch crashes and you need to re-connect the watch. But maybe my oneplus 3 is over due after olmost 4 years 😂
