Loads too long or won't ever play videos, makes us wait months for 1 episode of the only good show on the app which they know and do on purpose to steal our money, the set up of the app is hard to navigate and I just don't like it. If it weren't for Joseline's Cabaret I wouldn't even have it and I will cancel after she's gone.
I unsubscribed cuz I wanted to finish watching what I was watching but now that I already subscribe I can't even everything go out it won't even let me go and confirm that I done paid for it for another month. Edit now y'all owe me two refunds cause I payed through playstore n everytime I try to restore it says trouble connecting. I don't understand y if I payed not once but twice now. One refund should be on the way. Now I gotta wait for the second one since I just paid today. N it still down
get the year plan one that really helps you big time and get to watch all the episodes you want i especially like keeping up with the chatfeed that lets you write your opinion and view what people think about the shows i really enjoy this app had it for a year going on my second and good content always just wish episodes were to drop asap only because i look forward towards their content really amazing and thrilling has me wanting to see what airs next and the next big hit show only on Zeus!!!!
No complaints!!! The audio and visual is phenomenal not all over the place and hard to even hear like other platforms/apps! They offer uncut and UNEDITED reality TV what the people want!!! JOSELINE'S Caberet put Zeus on the map in my opinion glad she did bc they have alot of great interesting shows!! Keep up the great work Zeus!!! ππ½π―β€οΈβπ₯
Zues is a great app! Best in my phone so far because of its shows. App doesn't lag and works perfectly fine for me. Maybe some of you guys thats complaining should upgrade your phones π€·πΎββοΈ js
Zeus is very complicated u cant watch the shows on time it's always delays ..... It's just basically trash the shows are good but what's the point of paying if u can't even watch the shows ..... Always loading ...... Its irky
Professional production, every show available is produced professionally and is a joy to watch. The content itself is drama filled and captures your attention for sure (if you're into that kind of thing). Better production quality than now that's tv! π€£π€£ But they are neck and neck for content material !!!
I wld like if there was more to watch. Like we already hv to wait a whole week for next episodes, but for new shows or seasons it's way too long, especially if we paying monthly.
Made 3 attempts to contact by email regarding my subscription and no reply. I reactivated my subscription and it will not play anything ,saying I need to reactivate my subscription .
It won't let you change payment methods, and then when you do change it and put in your card it's doesn't reflect that so then it keeps saying declined this was a waste of my time
Very disgusted with the content...a man hitting a woman and several members of the show getting jumped by the host and it wasn't even discussed and mainly edited out! I'm shocked they're still allowed to be downloaded this is the most toxic network I've ever seen!
This app is amazing, honestly it never messes up for me at least and I really like the shows on here. One thing tho I don't tolerate men hitting women so the whole Joseline's cabaret thing needs to get taken down.
App is pretty clean and works well no issues, just need to add closed captions and maybe a logo when the app is idle.
How do I talk to customer service. It's not letting me log in. Says it can't find my email. And that I need to pay. Which is not true bc you are billed with my phone bill right along with everything else. And I have the receipt that says it's not due til next month.. ππ not cool
Took my money but still no shows I've been paying my subscription for months now but suddenly it just went back to the main menu and it's still charging me . I can't even watch my shows π₯
Not really sure what the problem is but my the app won't let me go back γonce I start watching an episode then I have to cut my phone off and restart but the app is ok i like it so far.ππΎ
Not a bad streaming service, definitely a app for you if you like messy reality shows lol. Only thing I dont like is how when you get an email that someone replied to your comment it does not show your comment right away. It takes you to the full comment list. Would give 5 stars if it would take you to the actual comment that is being replied to.
Do y'all even READ the comments??? If y'all don't get it together, you guys are going to lose A LOT of customers. Just giving pure warning. You guys let's stay strong, they also need us. Thank you so much for the bug fixes! Quality looks great π, keep up the good work.
I paid for subscription got a receipt came back from my weekend vacation. I went to catch up on bad boys and it doesn't allow me to watch. So I go through my emails and apparently Zeus canceled my subscription and I don't understand or know why and also I don't know why my money didn't go back on my card yet. That's wack I paid for no reason and they didn't tell me why they canceled it without my knowledge or anything.
You definitely get what u pay 4 lol unedited raw footage .yesss I'm here 4 that part.but the quality is definitely not there.Zeus has horrible camera men with no experience at all.shaky hands is a understatement.And to be quite honest.alot of the episodes they put out could've gone back to the drawing board if u kno wat I mean.just dragged out arguments that could've been edited out cuz it shouldn't have been the whole topic of the episode in the 1st place.who looks better than who not important
This app is so convenient and easy to use. Helps that the monthly subscription is doable. Keep up the good work
I paid for the subscription and its saying there isn't a subscription for zeus linked to my google play account. Please refund me my money or give me the subscription. I have receipts. I contacted google. No help, they said contact Zeus. Please fix
I guess I'll give the Zeus app 2 stars because the app itself is alright and casts to my TV with no issues, but the shows they offer are complete TRASH!
Fraudulent Charges from Zeus. On may 4th they charged me a one time fee of $35 without my authorization or agreement. They also charged their monthly 5 bucks and sum change.. They have been canceled and you have one option of requesting a refund. Don't subscribe to anything that doesn't have real customer service agents and that steals from their customers.
