Zeux - Payments, Banking & Investments

Would be good if there was a function to control the contactless feature like Revolut. Control functions for enhanced security like varying the spending limit, controlling the ATM functions as well as contactless spending and it's spending limits etc, more control. I'm sure it'd get better ratings. It's has massive potential to be much, much better! Can't even add different payees which is a bit of a pain without proof etc.

Zeux is part of the new wave of modern banking companies, with a twist. They have understood that regular customers want flexibility, a few decent options fo their saving accounts, and also that a lot of tech-savvy customers now have crypto-currency. They have therefore geared their app for these customers, whilst maintaining a strong focus on a great user experience and the ease of various operations. They have updated and improved the app a few times since I have been using it, and we get regular feedback on how the company is doing, which is fun because it gives you a bit more insight in what Zeux wants to achieve! Finally, I have personally had very good experience with their customer service: very prompt, full answers, and efficient resolutions. This is definitely a bank service to get onboard with.

Terrific App: great, intuitive UI, choice of investment channels with more to come, interest accumulates daily so you can literally watch your money grow. Super easy and fast deposits and withdrawals, what's not to like? Looking forward to further rollout of features and geographical functionality in the next year. The only small reservation I have is that there is not enough prior notification of changes to products, strategic direction. Otherwise, brilliant!

I've tested payment in, withdrawal, 6% interest, sending to another address wallet, paying for items on Amazon and receiving 2% cash back. All of it worked smoothly. Good product and very easy to use. My concern however is with the low number of users. The poor reputation of the team so far, transparency, and some poor marketing choices for the company. Makes me feel they're untrustworthy. Thus I removed my funds from them as not worth the risk. Shame because I liked the idea of the ZUC.

I've been using this app for months now, and it's great. It's easy to use, easy to save, and the savings account pays 5% interest on your savings....unheard of these days in low-interest current accounts. I have recommended this app to friends and family, a great way to save effortlessly. That's not even mentioning the crypto-currency you can use on this app, because I'm old and dont understand all that! So, long story short, use this app to help you save!

It is relatively easy to set up, with easy and quick transfers of crypto into the zeux wallet being possible. The downsides - the virtual visa card generated when you launch the app does not work for any online payment I have tried sofar - it is always rejected. When I manually entered the zeux visa card into samsung pay it was also rejected. The most annoying thing - you can't seem to be able to exchange crypto into fiat and vice versa, you will need to do this elsewhere. Avoid.

Missing the interest already! Very good way to save; I ended up checking the app daily as it was a great incentive to continue saving as I was seeing the interest rise each day. The Easy Access Money Pot has now closed but I still hold a number of Cryptocurrency with them and cannot wait to take advantage of the next product they have to offer 😁

Far superior to any bank on the high street. Set up in the app with just few steps and real-time notification for all my spending and money received. Saving accout makes it possible for me to deposit and withdraw easily with 5% interest rate from any amount of money. The most user freindly bank app I have ever used!

Excellent app, does everything I could have asked for plus more. I was a bit sceptical at first but I decided to give it a go. Now I use it to pay for everything! I also had an easy time paying for my groceries with ETH and love how simple it is to transfer money to my friends. Would definitely recommend!

I've been looking for a while now for great savings and finance schemes and was pointed towards Zeux. Their offering is well above market rates and their app is fairly easy to use. The app still needs a bit of work to run seamlessly but that is a second priority to the actual products!

Love this app, only had an account a few weeks and lots more to explore. Banks need to take note, this is by far the easiest way to transact anything financial without having to have multiple accounts. Highly recommended for, Foreign Exchange, Cryptocurrency, Investments, Savings and more. Also works with Google Pay so don't even need to carry cards. Its the future I think.

Great app. Full of features that are unavailable in traditional banks especially if you travel abroad. However customer service is terrible if you have a problem. Also the it used to be accessible through mobile.

I absolutely loveZeux and everything about it, I recommend it to many people. It is easy to use, the features are useful and I love seeing instant notifications about everything, including active card, spending and received money. That is really useful to know all my financial behaviour!

From the quick and easy sign up to transferring money, everything is very quick and convenient. It’s like they actually use their own app and have worked out what an actual customer wants unlike the big banks. 2% Amazon order cashback is really a good idea in this lockdown situation due to the Covid-19.

Cannot recommend Zeux enough, from the easy set-up and using fantastic app, I know exactly where I am in my finances and works tremendously with Samsung Pay using my phone and Samsung watch which notifies me of all transactions as they happen including payments and credits to my account. As a keen traveller the rates of currency exchange is fantastic with real time Visa exchange rate without any additional FX fees, even no charge for taking out cash from ATM machines aboard.

The first seamless crypto payment app combining the features of a digital bank. Have been using this for a few months and I like its simplicity. Transferred some BTC, ETH and USDT and have used it to pay, very quick. The cool part was paying with the increase in BTC, essentially got a free lunch!

I almost don't use my regular bank anymore. Zeux is so simple and the user experience has been only stellar for me. Fast and helpful customer support, great features and an esay access money pot, crypto and cash back, fast international transfers and great fx rates, Samsung pay, the list goes on... Love it.

Great so far. Want it for a few things like online payments, transferring money, having access to funds without having to bring my purse everywhere. Nothing too complex but it's cheaper and quicker than other money management apps.

First opened this as a secondary account behind my main account with one of the big name high street banks. Didn’t take long before I switched to Zeux full time - brilliantly simple application, super user friendly app - honestly everything is just so easy, instant transfers, immediate notifications - the high street banks are light years behind!

I’ve had Monzo as my main account for 4 months and am glad that I did. The current account, real time notifications are fantastic, international payment and 2% cashback on all Amazon order, etc just a few of the features it contains. I am very grateful to the Zeux team for the service they provide. A true game changer.

Happy overall. I don't really write reviews and stuff but honestly,I like this app. It looks way more friendly than other big banks,the app it's amazing, fast and you can do a lot of things. If they will expand all over the UK so I can rest assured that I have a physical place for this bank,I might move to them for good.

I have tested the Zeux app both with BTC and ETH in England, Holland and also in my country Poland, in small remote village southern of Krakow. The Zeux app works seamlessly, I haven't expected that it will be so easy to pay (even small sums), with currency I prefer at a day, without the need to exchange cryptos, and then transfer money to bank account. ETH withdrawal worked as fast asdeposit. Battery consumption is unnoticeable, and the app opens very quickly with option of secure fingerscan.

This app is highly comprehensive and interactive with its user interface second to none. It is very easy to navigate. I love it. Kudos to the developers behind the Zeux project. You too can download it and start using today!

Everything about this app is great. Customer service, instant payment, transactions and refund. Everything is just perfect and I love it. You get more information on every single purchase or transaction you make than most of the banks do.

Soooo happy with this app, card and the simplicity it offers people on the go all over the world. Instant money to friends with just a phone number. Great exchange rates when spending foreign currency. Sooo worth if you are looking for bank changes!

I cannot see individual transactions on my account. Refunds don't appear to show, yet are applied. I have to take their word that they are there. Eventually, they send me a statement. It's a poorly thought out and possibly illegal account. I've chosen to close mine.
