Ziing - Your Financial Buddy

The good thing about GTB and Investment One, is that they always think ahead and have alternative apps incase one does not work well on your device you can always give the alternative a try and mostly there is always a possibility of one working well. I thank them for making these alternatives. It has made life easier and enjoyable .

The problem with this app is that one cannot transfer funds to a bank account of another person who is not on Ziing. Review The updated version of the app showed improvements as one can fund his mutual funds directly from his z save and the funds are immediately reflected in his portfolio.. The app is also user friendly. The problem I have with the app now is its inability to show time of transaction whenever one occurs. Take a 3 star for the improvement.

Kindly work the app. Can't seem to create an account. When I check on the terms and conditions box while creating an account, It still alerts me to check the box even when I've done that. That's a bug kindly fix it.

I gave this app one star because, I tried adding my bank details to it but I cant, whenever I, click on the button to select my bank, it give's me a response, ''saying no data available". I also tried editing my profile, but I still couldn't do it... I also got a response saying "Update Status" after filling the form... But it still wasn't updated..

I have been trying to withdraw my savings but I have been unable to do this, I even wrote an email yet no response. All the app keep saying was that my BVN date of birth is different and the app wouldn't let me know what to do next. This is the worst experience any customer could have. And it was because Ogbeni Dipo advised us on top 5 saving platform. But this platform customer service is less than zero. My funds are still stuck and I dont know what to do next. I need help to withdraw my money

Very nice savings app. I like the fact that my account can get interest irrespective of the number of withdrawals. Excellent. Also it is very easy to do transfers to those with the app.

Am also having issues logging in and getting OTP even after trying in several areas with very good network, i mean, network can't be bad all over Lagos. Considering the fact GTBank has an excellent baking app, GTWorld, why can't this one be done well too before rolling it out? Beta-testing or what? Bad strategy!👎

I can't rate or recommend this app at all because 2 months ago precisely, my wallet was dubiously debited with 24k, I called the costomer care they said the will look into it but never resolve the issue, I sent mail but no response. I called the costomer care several times it just seems that their respresentaves are just not experience or have something they are hiding, I told them to send me my statement of account but they refuse to send it. But what kind of investment app is this?

*"Email does not exist" error message@ signin* I got a mail as regards ways transactions can be done even during lockdown and it was suggested that customers can monitor their transactions by downloading ziing...which I did. I tried to sign up, I was told my email address already exists...so I tried signing in...and since I can't remember ever downloading the app let alone registering, I went for "forgot password" option...then it says my email address doesn't exist...please help

This app is superb and very much user friendly. The update gave room to also trade US Stock. Thumbs up. If you can solve the issue of automatically putting up the referral code of a referee in the new customer's profile, it will be great. Nonetheless, Ziing is great

Very bad experience particularly while trying to sign up as an existing iof user, date of birth selection not user friendly at all and it will only wastethe time of someone who was born in the 60s. I gave up while trying to sign up.

It always tells me incorrect password anytime I enter the correct password. I have done successfully resets up to 20 times. I really don't understand.

Nice app but has serious issues when doing a transfer to another Ziing account. It keeps rolling. Each time I resort to web version to do a transfer.

I would rate the app a 4 star. It's a great app. With cool navigation. Onboarding was not so great at first, but it is now seamless. Kudos to the guys behind it.

If i have my way i would have given 0 star because this ziing is a very good investment before but they are now scammer. Because my money in zplan has expired since on 01 Aug 20 and the second one expired on 03 Aug 20; so ziing investment only credited my zsave with the liquidated on 01 Aug 20 and then the one expired on 03 Aug 20 was luquidated and the money did not credited zsave and not appeared in transaction history. So ziing investment is now scammers.

Crappy app. Deletee it the second time after giving a secone chance. mobile number already there and it still says customer number not there. Didn't get OTP for number validation. Design is basic, nothing eye-catchy. you guys can do better walahi.

This app is one the best, it's easy to use, after registering I got 1k.🙂 there are options such as saving, investing with interest and portfolio management etc

This app is user friendly, you can set up investment mandates from start to finish without having to call. It also encourages a savings culture and serves as a payment platform for bills.

Well, after waiting for a long period of time after rating this app 1 star. I decided to increase the star to only 2 because all the interest and dividend were not added to my Abacus investment. They deserve nothing more than this.

Ziing is a user friendly app with great investment features...I love this app...it is an app that teaches how to invest on the go,pay utilities, recharge airtime and data...etc

I've used some other apps and i have to say that Ziing is quite impressive. the automated deposits, monthly interest and the new products coming on board. i cant wait in particular for stocktrading and tbills. one love😎

This new update has fixed almost all the issues in the old one. The fingerprint is now working perfectly. Well done guys.👍

Hello Please the fingerprint option is no longer working since the last update, and everytime I put in my correct password, it's always saying incorrect and end up blocking my account... this is not fair.

I couldn't upload my documents conveniently, updating my profile is proving difficult as it gives a blank "alert" message.

This app is just nothing to write about not that am having pension with you people I would have deleted this app you people should go and work on how to make people get us to you guy, too many rejection especially when you want to load kyc documents and again my name has been wrongly spell and am trying to correct it but it's not working, thanks I detect this I don't think I can put my money in this platform and at the end having too many issues when I need my money thanks good day

my experience has been bad,I have been trying to enter my bvn so that I can start making transactions but it is not working,my money has been stock in there,and I have sent an email still waiting for a reply...

i havrnt been able to access the platform in over 3 weeks or so now ... i dont understand whats the issue? thanks for the response it has been resolved. excellent customer service.

This app appears to be sweat physically but,, always having issue with the network going back an forward, you people should fix your app.
