Incorrect address choices on the drop down menu for the barangay, which may cause an issue with the delivery. I also did not see an option on where I can place notes or additional info to aid the delivery. Overall the experience using the app was smooth and easy, am now just waiting for my order to be delivered to give the final verdict. Update : The size of the shirt I received was wrong. Returning the item and requesting a refund was not easy and very stressful.

This app has nice filters, but that the only nice things I could say. Overall, I have a disappointing experience. I thought Zilingo offers trusted service like another shopping app that start with letter Z, but I couldn't be more wrong. Zilingo sent me clothes with wrong size. But then, it's said I can return the products, so I thought, well perhaps it's not so bad. Wrong again! But in the end, I did get my money back.

I like the convenience that Zilingo provides. but the unfortunate return feature isn't good. i think like the marketplace next door like Zalora,Sorabel,etc. but apparently not. returns can only be damaged. very useless for items such as clothes. I am very disappointed. even though my experience of buying in several places can definitely be returned with a period of time and intact goods which are a measurement error. What else can we do? online clothes can't be tried. but can't be returned. lame

Love the app and the free shipping! Delivery can take time (about 2 weeks) which is understandable since it's free. Although, some of the products are too overpriced. If you stick to the prevailing market prices, i would probably uninstall my other shopping apps and stick to this one. Also, I hope you update the app so we can add ratings to the items/sellers. And I hope more great deals and coupons! ♡

the fact that you couldn't rate the goods/sellers in this app is really disappointing. some of them are awesome. but many of them are awful, they send me a bad knock off products from the picture-they look completely different! I bet they stole the picture from somewhere else and post them om zilingo. please add the rate feature

5 stars for this app especially that one time they gave out free vouchers. I was happy that I got to try them. Overall the experience was great, however the app has no cancel button for orders. Some sellers are very slow in confirming orders but that's not Zilingo's fault. There is also no live chat so there is no way to contact sellers.

This is a good app, i like the stuff its was a good quality and also unique compared to my local app which is just usual stuff and models , i thins this app need improving in the search tool, because i need to click back when i want to change or add the word...and also in filter tool... i think its a good change to improve this.. cause make us easy to find a stuff :). And my first order was dissapointed :(

i am giving 1 star for only 1 very disappointing reason and that's not being able to CANCEL an order rightaway in the app. once you've placed order then that's it already "touch-move, mati". there is an option to cancel but is completely obsolete otherwise your order will still push through and will be shipped the following day. very disappointing. very poor customer service.

Merchandises Zilingo sell are beyond expectation. It's very different with the displayed pictures. It's not worthy between price and quality. If they're selling cheap merchandise, the actual good is totally different with the picture shown in apps. I think people should be more aware and be careful with online market place nowadays. Customer Service said I can't Return or Exchange. I hate this online market place!

I have to admit that, zillingo is really at the best to grab my attention and interest to the products listed on it. Whenever, I start searching for a stuff, the listing is awesome in most cases. Images used on this shopping site are bright, high definition and catch my eyes. Be it casual t shirts, jeans, etc, they match my imagination when I receive the product physically♡

the product's images look much better than the real product I've received, but there's no feature to drop a comments or testimonies of products/seller.. I was expecting high quality product as seen on picts, but the stuff I got is very poor home made things that much has defects. .. so once you disappointed, you better ask for returned it or uninstall this app..

App is good. But really need Improvement. Can't see reviews which are important in online apps. Can't reach the seller because there ain't chat box. Shipment is a problem because they aren't going to check if 'that' courier is available in your area. Buuuuut is very generous because every payday they are giving vouchers.

Well, as I have scanned and explored the app , the items/products sold are OVERPRICED! Do I have a proof? Yes! I have searched for a bag which I bought recently from shopee with its price @ 350 pesos. When I searched the said bag in this app, "Wow!" the price has been tripled. It was 1050 pesos! I knew it very well that both of them are almost the same when it comes to quality. For me, it's not a good idea to buy here just for my opinion and my experience.

Installed this because someone said one of a local brand had a big sale. Have ordered more than 3 times already and I'm loving it. The application is nice. The UI is good and simple. The problem is that there's no direct product rating and review so we can't see the review of someone who had bought that goods. And some province had completely gone like when you put Yogyakarta in Jawa Tengah instead of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta which is the correct province. Anyway, it's a good app. Thank you!

Worst experience in shopping online. I've waited for weeks just to know that the product I ordered was unavailable and I was only informed that it was, after a series of email from customer service. They even cancelled my order,(YES THEY DID), without notifying me first!!!! Thumbs down. sorrryyy.

I like that this shopping app does not charge shipping fees. Most of their items are cheaper compared to other online shopping apps. I also want to thank Zilingo for giving us vouchers. I got free items from them. I'd definitely recommend you to my friends and family. ❤️❤️❤️

Very bad service (delivery & customer service). It took one month to receive my goods. 1 of 3 items is canceled with no reason (the seller is Bata Offical). I have sent email asking for transfering my money but no explanation from Zilingo CS. Bad marketplace. Not recommended. Update: I have sent you email but there is no reply. Perfect scam.

Very Awesome app. Free Shipping helps a lot. Money and time saving. Just add features for chatting the shop/ seller. and make it more organize in UI for easy interactivity.

It's my first time to order through online and I install this app, it's good that it is free delivery. I ordered three watches because it's budget friendly, almost 2 weeks before I received it and when I open it only one watch working, the other is not. tsk tsk so dissapointed by this online shopping. 😒

The loading/refreshing of the app is a little slow but all in all this is good. Plus, the products are cheaper. I hope my order would arrive soon. And I hope the product will met my expectation.

Poor Customer Service, Delayed Delivery. Their customer support doesnt help at all, just gives you copy paste auto response that doesnt answer any of your concerns. Ordered last Oct 14, package still hasn't even been picked up and their support cant even provide any info aside from their copy pasted response that theyre trying their best to deliver it on time.

I really love Zilingo.. I highly recommend this app. Experience Free Shipping nationwide and a hassle free Shopping. I always got my purchases in less than a week. Mostly 2-4 days only. Thank you Zilingo more powers.

If you order anything, there's a 50% chance the order will be rejected or the goods will arrive damaged. Mask, necklace, charm, etc. all kena, and you don't get vouchers refunded if the seller rejects your order even though you had no way of knowing beforehand that it would be rejected. Damn troublesome. I give it two stars solely because on the off chance you actually receive your product, it's actually decent quality (but tbh just AliExpress, Shopee, or Lazada it).

The worst online shopping experience ever. I bought 3 products, waited for 1 month. During that 1 month, I submitted late delivery report twice. The customer service only said the products are currently being delivered. I was still waiting but then was informed that there was a delivery issue and the products were returned to the seller and now they do not have the size that I want. They asked me whether I am willing to recieve size M instead of S. Seriously?!!

Easy to use, I just hope we can see reviews and actual photos from people who bought the item we are eyeing for. Though some items are priced too high but some deals and vouchers are good, too.

Delivery seems to be just about right. Items is good condition. But they dont answer specifc product inquiry and most of the product only shows pictures, you are not sure who big it is unless buy it and see it for yourself.

Bad costumer services, i got wrong product and when i want to return it they said they would pick it up but it's been weeks since i report it and they never come. I reported it repeatedly by email and phone but the response is the same. Costumer service here is solving problems without solution.
