It was very, very hard for me to learn, being old and not app literate, and does not have a high level of Dutch. But once I learned it thru many, many trials and errors, it was easy sailing. The makers and developers of the app should pay more attention to the needs of seniors and non-Dutch speakers.
The app is fine, but i always use the website version so i can translate the browser to english, its 2022 and they dont have English language support, its not flexible for international people.
App just shows a loading screen and none of my details. It has happened 3 times where it only works for 1 day as soon as I uninstall and re-install. I cannot keep doing this if I just want access to my information...
Changing insurance next year as the app and support is only in dutch (thought english would be an option as many expats use this ). Only the page when they sell the insurance was in english (surprise!).
Horrible app, never works when you need it the most. Not even able to show my healthcare card.
Activating does not work. Removing, rebooting and installing does not help in all circumstances. I suggest you debug the app, and sent out an update asap.
Login with digid doesn't work. As a result, app is useless.
It's a good app, but some places text is cut on the bottom. Next to it it's impossible to open pdfs in the app, i still have to log in through the website. It would be also nice to see how much money you have left in aanvullende verzekering through the app. Declaring bills is very simple and fast, but preview of the document you're sending would be useful as well (I'm sending mainly pdfs, but i know it works for pictures).
Had to reinstall the app to begin with to stop back end error notifications to display instead of any text, was multiple times forcefully logged out (or it just crashed), the app crashes constantly and is not available in English, but somehow this is the least of its problems. I respect only for the bald choice to move customer directly from this ux hell to rating the app. :D
What's the point of having an app if it doesn't have clear info of your account. I still have to log onto my personal account online to get the information. Compared to other app which relates to an account /payment /message, this is the worst one I've come across upon. They need to upgrade or remove it completely. Don't create something that does not deliver quality.
It keeps throwing me out of the app when I try to upload. It doesn't run smoothly. If I get one declaration uploaded the app freaks out and becomes a white page when I try to upload a new one. I hope there can be improvements made to make it run smoothly and function as it was ment to be
What on earth has happened to this app?? It used to be simple and straight forward. Now its totally useless. Every time I try to attach a PDF file it shuts down. I have re-installed the app 3 times but still its the same. I finally had to take a picture of my invoice and attach that instead. Come on guys, get it sorted out!!!
Doesn't work. Getting the "declaraties vervangen" error described by others. For future versions: * some kind of control of how payments are made (automatic incasso vs monthly payments) * English as an available language - might not be a top priority, but always good to have in my expat opinion
English language is needed, in a country full of expats, I think that is the minimum requirement for a health insurance app
I know many expats using the app, and many others that decided for different companies due the lack of support in English. Internalization is a basic functionality, the implementation cost is irrelevant compared the amount of clients that will be attracted because of the feature. A good development team can deliver it really fast and make thousands happy.
Simple and effective. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Scan and upload invoices. Preview can be improved, now shows not entire scan.
Useless app. I cannot even log in. It cannot redirect me to the digid app for the verification in the first log in attempt and instead it redirects me to the website login of digid. After giving the credentials, then it gives an error like "this is not the correct way to log in, please use the digid app". What a headache.
lags when opening. has no language setting so it's all in dutch. pretty hard to navigate if you only speak english. apart from that, pretty straightforward and user friendly.
App only in dutch. There are 340.000 people who don't speak dutch. And yet, this app is only in dutch.
No English interface! They deceive you with an English registration page, but afterwards NOTHING is in English (the mobile app, the website, all email notifications are in Dutch), making it useless and hard to understand for foreign customers.
I am sure the app is very good but I don't speak Dutch and the app does not allow the text to be copied and used with Google translate, so I cannot use it. An English version would compliment the English website content.
So simple and fast that even I made it without having lost my nerves as usually with bureaucracy! :)
I used this app to submit a dental bill and used the app to take a picture. Two times you rejected the submitted bill. I was advised to take a normal picture and copy it to the app. I have patiently waited on reimbursement since 30/9/2019. It is now 9/10 and I must wait a further 3 days to be repaid. I personally paid my Dentist on the 1/10 an amount of E672! If pictures are not clear your app should inform me OR an operative should call me. I do not always check my email or the Zilvern app.
Can't upload any notas. It crashes immediately. Please fix. Update: reinstalled the app. Nothing changed, keeps on crashing exactly same way. Fail...
English version needed. I really like the way that the application works and looks like but for foreign people, it is needed to be in English for better understanding.
App gives access to basic info yet lacks any real functionality and reliabillity; data in this app is NOT acurate, for instance: payment info is set to "paid" while payment is in reality "due" - latest update can not log in, app has wrong linkage too "digiID" without sms, should be login With sms... clumsy
An English version is desperately needed as it's impossible to use unless your dutch
2.5star.Very slow and will regularly load profile or pages extremely slow(or not even at all). Easy to use for standard stuff(declareren or see eigen risico). However some options are missing(such as adding explanation to declaratie),difficult to find(after a declaratie you get a quicklink to declaratie overview, but this same link is not there when you start app) or not very clear(for example, you submit a bill of 1634 dollar and it can only be found back split into multiple portions in euros).
