Use it to contact my relatives in countries where WhatsApp calling is banned. The only issue is the need for organisational email. Doesn't accept Gmail. So I use some temporary mail and it works.
Add support for fingerprint lock. It will protect my chats.

Great idea but because we don't function using a singular group domain it wouldn't allow us to link our partners. Rendering app useless

This app is full of bugs and doesn't work properly. I tried to re install and when i am trying to put secuity it starts again n sends me another code so now i cant even sign in
Does not even work in the first place. Cannot sign up at all.
Will go back to 5 stars when it works again. Has not worked since the last update on my android. I've sent multiple bug reports and I'm hoping for a quick fix.

The app is fine except it makes my phone vibrate with the notification icon. My phone is set to NEVER vibrate. Yet this app notifies me of a message by vibrating, blinking, and the icon. At all hours! I want to decide when and how I'm notified. The support solution was to turn off notifications. Sort of defeats the purpose of the app.

*Take note of the second half of this" I really like Cotap for the most part, it is an awesome platform for communicating within an organization and sharing items. The problem is that for some reason, the app will just decide to stop notifying me when I am messaged, which really hinders my ability to be the leader my organization needs me to be. I reached out to customer support and at first they seemed very helpful and involved, but they could not find a solution and promised me they would reach back out to me, but they never did. I understand that the notification problem might be my phone causing issues, but as somebody who is specialized in marketing/customer service, I find this customer service unacceptable. If customer service were to show greater effort, I would much more likely to give a higher rating, but poor customer service is a big problem with an app.

Cotap creates an all new way of communicating at work. Apps like WhatsApp and Viber are not designed for business communication.
Cool little whatsapp type messenging app for work. Works across all browsers. Haven't used it enough to give 5 stars yet...
This app has been great for connecting our service teams that are in the field with the support teams back at the factory.

I have just started to use cotap and found it easy to set up and add Ci workers. So far so good.
App is soo slow and glitches even when you want to type the keyboard cover the convo and glitches then app crashes too when was the last time you have done bug fixes shocking
