It's get much time to refresh and reflects pop-up. I punch in on time but the no pop-up message showing and the punch-in button is remain showing same. Hence, few minutes later I do again click on punch in button and surprisingly it's mark me punch-out for the day. Please fixed such bug, otherwise it's still working fine sometimes.
Absolutely slow working app just to open it needs 35 to 40 sec, when other app's open just on the click. For updating anything it takes minimum 10 to 30 sec. Its like we using 4G and the app runs like 2G. Very bad performance.
I experienced this is worst app evrytime need multiple attempt to sign in & sign out & even marking me as absent. Now need to struggle to find your balance leave in App. Total balance leave/accumulated leave not reflecting. Latest experience, The worst app deleting compOff leave automatically. App is not helpful at all
I will personally not recommended Zing to anyone in my circle. It doesn't give any help. Rather it keeps hanging. Weird set up. I don't like this at all. There is loads of improvising required
In the application some time some options are missing like Payslip or attendance. Without attendance option how would we apply leave from application and without Payship option how would we check pay details. Application are workable however without those options it is useless. Could you please confirm where these options available.
Form 16 not updated yet from 2 years onwards. This app hangs alot... Alot of time is taken by this app we don't have a day for this app.
Useless app, half of the time the system is down and not able to login even via web based, app is not much responsive. No direct way to open tickets related to same.
Is Oppo a57 is capable of running this app or not please explain me. Whenever i open this app it always shows network error,unable to load,etc,etc but can't run this app.Sorry for this review but what is happening to me i just try to explain it that's all i have to say.
It's very worst aap. Almost time mark 'late in' even after puch in on time also not get update regularise. After log in in app igs get too much time to view 'Punch In' option on log in screen....
Very very wrost apps , OTP not recieved in my number where other apps same mobile number OTP recived ,continnoue two days trying but same issue. Plz analysis and help here
The app is too slow not at all satisfied with this application it takes ample of time to load , regularization and weekoff swap post approval take days to reflect nothing is instant and quick here 😡
Very slow and unresponsive at times, needs a lot of improvements
It's very difficult to use this app. For visually impaired people it's not at all accessible. So I request it's developers please give accessibility testing for this app with screen reader and fix it immediately. By this everyone can access portal as well as app. Hope that developed team will be doing this. We are eagerly waiting to use this app companies they are unable to arrange different facility apart from this app. Thanks
Worst app for attendance.. every alternate two three days we get error for login.. and missed out punch in or punch out..
Initial login takes too much times ...even after several updates ......Worst experience....For login takes it takes more than 10 mins .....need improvements...
Absolute worst experience. Writing this review again as previous one got deleted without my knowledge/permission. This app has a lot of issues, like worst UX, garbage UI and super slow. Don't even try the web version. You will cry. The worst part are paid reviews like "awesome work" in a era where UI/UX like Twitter, insta exists. No wonder machine learning will win. Please save yourself some bucks and get some decent HRM like keka. Or better pay this much to a college grad to code it for you.
I have never seen a worst application like this before. Very much buffering and pop-up as request timed out. So much of confusion while punching in due to this inconvenience issue. Very worst application.
Super update and good information provider need to add about the recognition model too...

Do you really test before releasing update? This app hangs a lot. Only sometimes I am able to auto login at one go without facing any issues. It always fails to detect internet connection. Sometimes it doesn't open at all. Even though I swipe for attendance and get success, the next day it shows absent. Applying for leave is another headache. Lucky to do it on one go. This app needs a lot of improvement. I mean a lot.
This application is running very well to understand everything and it has great connectivity with systematic operation i have never found any failure while running the application everything is clear in this application with your all benefits and leaves. Thanks Zing HR Team
This application will be very helpful, if it is applied to all, it will solve many problems, stop going out without any reason, new energy will come in the work, I like this feature very much, simple and easy to use ..... thank you Zing HR for that ....
Nice. But improvement required in terms other options apart from applying leaves.
Consumes lots of time for entering the user ID and password everytime. It would have been a 5 star if there was a option to mark attendance via biometric authentication.
Worst app i have ever seen! Half the time it just doesn't work keeps on buffering. By the time it opens a person can physically go to office and punch in/out his/her attendence. We don't need eye catching UI all we want is simple sombar app which works at a speed of click. Kindly invest in your server and don't invest in making app look cool.
