the device does not connect to be printed very good and is sparatic. it will connect long enough to print one picture and then not be connected for the next and you have to keep thinking it on and off and trying to do a search to find it to connect again and then your lucky if it does. very frustrating.
Please be very specific in the description about which printers are supported by this app. A lot of photo printers have the zink logo and are not a "hAppy". And it's not easy to determine it's the wrong app until I let it spend several minutes downloading a bunch of clip art!
This thing was obviously obsolete the day we purchased it. The app desperately needs an update. Never wants to connect to wifi, and finding zink roles for it has been nearly impossible.
Wasn't even able to use the app. It requires permission to manage and make phone calls, I refused to give it that permission so the app just closed. Why would it need to make or manage phone calls?
Will not connect to wifi. Will not connect to phone. App setup fails. Printer going to recycler and app uninstalled.
Why does Zink need to make calls from my phone? What the heck? No way!!!!! Skip this app! Such a pity cause the zink Happy printer is fun to use.

Why hasn't this app been updated in two years? Your company is still in business and this is a good product. I really like using it but it deserves a better app.
Love the fact you do not have to mess with ink cartridges. Amen for that.

Wont comnect
Horrible to install and setup. When I downloaded the software it indicated that I was supposed to initialize it on my phone which I did. It played a happy tune and it showed that it was downloading but it never got past 0%. And then of course it couldn't connect. Clearly, the download was critical. I finally broke down and brought an HP Sprocket. It worked out of the box, the first time, and every time. I did get it to work on my guy's phone, so I know it's possible, but without the download which you initialize when you set it up, the thing is useless. Repeat after me: HP Sprocket...
I love this printer i use it all the time for Journaling. The photo quality isnt perfect but its good for using inkless paper. The main issue I'm having with the app is..it won't let me download ZINk BIG off the zink store?? Pleaseee fix that! I'd love to print pictures and make them huge.
The app hasn't worked in weeks. I've installed and uninstalled multiple times. I used it for my business. Its hurt it because of delayed orders.
If I could give the Zink printer a lower score such as - 10 I would. Keeps saying zroll not loaded when it was loaded. Should have listened to all the negative reviews on Amazon and bought another manufacturer's printer.
Works fine, downloads all the art fine. Only works with their "hAppy" printer. Note you must approve all requested permissions, else the app hangs.

My zink stop connecting on WiFi and the Bluetooth WiFi is not turning on any more.
What is this? Never configures. Uninstalling...
I love it
I love the idea of the printer but every time I print, it tells me I need to re-insert the cartridge. Also, the app is horrible. After spending about 30 minutes creating my masterpiece things started disappearing. The art I inserted and one text box stopped showing. I made sure that earth and text was in front of other items. I also need to print from a Windows computer which is not supported by this printer.
The app is cumbersome to use but it does work - both from two diffetrent Android phones and from my new HP X2 Chromebook. I like the printer and the ability to print small label-like things in color. But, as I said, the app is cumbersome and could be dramatically improved. But, it works.
