I love zInspector! Working as an agent in property management, this app is critical for our business. Move Ins, Move Outs, Inspections, etc...Zinspector does it all and is user friendly!
This is less a review of the app and more a review of the zinspector software as a whole. But since the use of the app and website are pretty solidly linked, I think it's fitting to review both. Bottom line, it's fantastic. I can't express how much simpler it is to do an inspection with zinspector, and the support crew is phenomenal. I've had a couple of support tickets in, and the responses were timely and genuinely helpful. The team is constantly rolling out new features and QoL updates. 5*
We have used other inspection apps and this by far is the best you will find. There are many tutorial videos on how to get started and the app is always evolving for property management needs. The developer is quick to respond to any questions. Can't recommend enough!
Great app! Note, yoh need to use the website to access some of the functionality, like archiving or deleting properties. The mobile app is not very intuitive at the moment.

Great software for any property manager or AIRBNB type. Access via mobile and desktop are perfect. Allowing tenants to do their own walk-through on their phone is a huge time saver.

Excellent Software. It keeps records, photos & notes of one or thousands of properties. It makes move-ins and move-out very simple. The app gets better and better over time. If there's an idea you may have, just submit it and they may use it on the next update to improve it. I can't tell you how great is is to have all the information in the palm of your hand from a repair or new appliance installed (with serial number or relevant info) & the date of the repair or install and photos showing it.
