Meh, you get what you pay for I guess. The price is cheap but not better than other apps out there. It does have the potential to be easier to learn but I think its too confusing. We are going to stick with what we have.
This app is really good for me as a professional property manager. I will say it wasn't entirely user friendly at first but with a little practice it is working phenomenally and would highly recommend!

This does exactly what it says on the tin. Uk landlord used this first time today and works perfectly . Loads of photos and description n detail in good format sent direct by email to my self n tenant. Perfect .

Really great app! Makes move-in / move-out so much easier! Excellent customer service that I can always count on to help me through any issues I am having or questions. They also do several updates every so often that really improves this app even more.

Loved the app for doing move in and move out inspections. Love the built in GPS and timestamps added to my photos and the ability to draw on photos. The app makes inspections a breeze. I can definitely see this app saving me a lot of paperwork,to time, and headache. Excellent customer service too!

Awesome app. Really slick. We started using this app for doing insurance inspections, and it saves us about an hour per inspection! The reports are awesome, and easily e-mailed to our clients and our admin team. The technical support is also great. Andy has answered all our questions, which weren't many because the app is so easy to use.

We love using this app and highly recommend any property manager use zInspector! I think my favorite part is how incredibly responsive the zinspector team is. On average their response time to ANY question is under 10 minutes. This kind of customer service for a tech company is unheard of and I love it.

Just trying out the app....it is working out great so far! Really convenient web portal to see all the photos that have been taken.
I've been using this app for a few months and love it. I recently purchased a 360 camera and that has significantly made the inspection process less time consuming. I've also started using the tenant move in inspection capability. So far neither tenant has actually submitted their checklist but I love the ability on my side to send a link to the tenant versus giving them a printed checklist. Customer service is great. I've used the online chat and email and have always received prompt support.
