the app is generally very stable and offers what i need to manage my accounts while I'm the go. i wish that the transfers screen would add a memo line for the purpose of the transfer as is available on the online banking.
Crashes all the time, have to continuously delete and re download the app. Other than that very handy
Never opens correctly. Almost always get an error message then have to back out then try again to get it to work.
Easy to use. I wished it included interest rate breakdown for commercial loans. But we like to be able to make transfers.
Pretty good. Needs to have more info about cc account. Due date for payment, make a payment option, balance due etc
Suddenly every time I try to log in, it gives me an error message. So I have not been able to use the app for about two weeks now.
no thumbprint support? entering password every time is so annoying, makes me want to stop using the app altogether.

Mobile banking app is user friendly and it is so useful to have access to all of my accounts from one screen and log in.

Error: forbidden. It won't let me log in. I could log in through the website but not through the app.

Rejects pics that are in focus. Faster to drive check to the bank and walk in.
Its so quick and easy to deposit checks. I love it.
Cannot log in ever, when will you update? This app is even more critical to be able to use now.

its okay but the OCR is terrible. I cannot deposit a lot of my client checks because it won't recognize the amount. Can't there just be held for a human to review?
I have two business accounts and if I want to switch between business mobile banking accounts I have to uninstall the app off my phone and reinstall it each time. It is really inconvenient. But unfortunately this is their fix. Also if you mobile deposit a check and then later look at it on the desktop version, there is no info. Blank screen, I think you should be able to see a digital image of the check. After all you do take a picture of it.
Wow. Tough system. You always have to type in your full account name, even if you ask it to remember it. Almost always will the app randomly shut down or the mobile service be unavailable- causing you to go through the dreadful login attempt multiple times to be able to deposit a few checks. Phones with older cameras experience more headaches in the form of multiple tries for it to read the check correctly. Still I'd rather use the app than make a trip to the bank. So, thanks for providing at least something to work with.
I wish it would accept my stamp as an endorsement rather than require a signature. There needs to be an option to manually input check amounts when the app refuses to accept the amount the check is written for.
Works like the regular one, only you need to have a more complex sign in at the start. Took me forever to realize you need to do "username-ID" to sign in. Instructions should include a box for both to avoid confusion.
when the app works, its great. but it often freezes and i have to uninstall and reinstall which is not super convenient. once qgain, reinstalling the app, 01/04/19.
I like the app but wish there was a way to deposit multiple checks at a time without having to click "deposit check" and go through the disclaimer again between each check. It gets very annoying when depositing 20+ checks at a time.
Always have errors even before you login. 98% of the time you will get errors.
I hate having to use the forever long account number plus my user ID. Just fix it to use the user ID!
Very handy for remote deposits. Unfortunately, the image recognition keeps getting worse. I'm using a 12MP camera and holding it as steady as I can, and it keeps saying the image is blurred or the amounts don't match.
