For what they charge I expected a far better app. Constant updates on their end, but if we need to update the schedule, employees end up waiting days sometimes before they get the updated version, and even then they don't all get it at the same time. If your schedule is set in stone, this app is great, but if that's the case you probably don't need the app at all. If you are going to have constant changes like most places, your better off looking elsewhere for a scheduler. 2/5 is generous, trust
required for my job, but its eh at best. i dont like the notifications, because they never seem to actually be what changed about the schedule. also noone uses the messaging feature, so im not sure if its any good
Zip Schedule is very interactive and awesome application for employee scheduling. It is easy to use or we can say user friendly. I have recommend my friends too, to use the application for scheduling.
This piece of garbage demands that I upgrade update the program then when you press the button it says open and takes you back to update and upgrade a vicious circle that makes the entire thing useless it would also help that they so called intelligent developers would have the concept of showing how many hours the employee has worked
Zip Schedules is helpful for not only managers but also for the employees too. Very easy to use and reliable.
Works well mostly. Sometimes logs me out for no reason and won't accept password til i change it. Also is slow at updating info put in.
As an employee I love this app it is very convenient but I only give it 4 stars because I would love it to have a feature where employees can see how many hours of vacation time we have that would be a very helpful edition to this app.
I'm mostly just confused by the app, but i think it's funny that in one of their ad pictures, the chef's hourly rate is 4 bucks
After the most recent update it keeps telling me to update the app but I already have, I even tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it but that did not work.
Don't receive notifications. Tried everything. Even uninstalling and reinstalling.
Once again, it says there is an update and I updated it and now it won't let me open the app. So frustrating 😫
I open the app and it says it needs update. It takes me back the appstore and then opens the app which goes back to it saying it needs an update.
Zip Schedules is very helpful application.we can use it for our daily life routine.i like it very much and very appreciate it .
User friendly app to manage schedules. Much helpful for floor managers and shift incharges.
It made a mistake on my employer status and every time I try to fix it nothing is working and when I try to ask you how to change it, you keep sending me back to it's oh so wonderful reviews
This app says new update but will not upload to get update be trying for days and keep getting same result.

Zip Schedule is a perfect tool to manage far off site and task management in terms of employees performance and Progress.
There doesn't seem to be a way to request time off or swap a shift with a co-worker...
If theres an update, have it installed with the initial installation instead of glitching out.
Need help ASAP, I was just recently hired and was told to download this app, I create an account as a manager instead of NEW employee,so I tried creating an account with the same email as NEW employee and it would not let me because I already have an acvlunt, is there any chance I can cancel that?

No bugs are found. The manager can use this app to accept or deny the request of employees, make sure of the availability of employees in daily life to achieve his goal and targets. The employee can also exchange offer/swap shifts with other employees.
Everytime it updates it basically locks me out the app, and everytime i reopen it, it keeps saying theres an update, even though it has bern updated, i uninstalled-reinstalled, force stopped, cleared data and cache yet it's still stubborn. All in all it's poor quality and i wouldn't recommend businesses to rely on it.
