The idea and design maybe good but not as good as it should be. Very slow and delayed video even within Wi-Fi network forget in remote mode. Shame it is not up to what it says
The worst company ever, the product is breaking every 3 months . If you are buying a new property with that system installed just look elsewhere.
Zipato firmware is very complex and doubt whether it will work or not
Nothing works. "Something went wrong" in every step.
Very inefficient use of screens. The touch controls work terrible (especially in the latest version). the UI and controls keep hanging a lot when you'd expect to scroll or change sliders. Current state of the lighting is almost never correct without a manual refresh. Often it shows lights as on, while they are not. And Why don't dimmers have on/off buttons? The sliders are terribly user-unfriendly (you have to touch them several times to move them to 0).
i downloaded the app i cannot register a message pop up something went wrong i reinstall it and install it again 4 times still same problem
It is functional. But on the screen it takes lots of space with very few information. The mobile webpage is much better

Great app and stable system
Consistently fails to sync with cloud. Remote connection doesn't work. Can no longer modify rooms. Error messages don't provide any useful information ("Something went wrong" is not an okay error message)
I love the new improvements to the app but the only issue I am have is that it does not work while in landscape mode keeps stopping.
The previous app version was better. I can barely see the icons message now
The icon color is horrible, the icon itself is not as nice as the previous was....

I'm getting error -504 during installation process.
Doesn t work on s7 edge with latest android, can t update it anymore.
The app works well. Push messages are great, and you can custom them to say whatever you want.

The synchronization between the cloud server, Zipatile controller and this app is poor. Often out of sync. Even after pressing the sync button it takes a minute to get synchronized. Not mentioning Zipatile device which I am very disapponted with... I have not seen such buggy device yet.
The updated version doesn't work correctly. Today the other one was released but the problem still remains. I cannot login on tablet with old android and on the newer android doesn't make any interaction.

Horrible system. Does not work. Full with bugs.
There is a problem. If the modem is rebooted, the App doesn't work till the Tab is used atleast once. This is a problem when we have to use Zipato remotely. Also, we need their Customer Care contact details in India.
