Very messy functionality, filters keep changing to Default. Too many refreshes, the view to select dates is unnecessarily difficult to navigate. All in all reduces the user experience and ends us taking a longer time to get to the conversion page
1st time I am booking car. but car condition very bad steering is not good steering is full hard. very dangerous to travel. really this not service please check the car condition and give to customers. and fuel also when zipcaars given to less than 1point and when I am dropping the car I will give near 50% that amount also not returned guys please check this points and go.
Very bad experience. Customercare bad, car bad, u wont get ur adnace amount back at any cost, they make u paymore than u think. Dont ever book zip car, try alternative. In refund email they wont mention anything, but wen u get refunded amount then u wil realize that somuch unnecessary deductions happaned, and wen u ask cc team they wil give some excuses.. totally bad experinec, i wil never book the car from zip again.
Very bad experience as the vehicle is old and not good for long travel and also taking extra charges without reason.
Not happy with the service that provided by the rental company ... Bad conditioned vehicle .. faced lot of problem and took it to the service centre and spent whole day there in serving this but no refund was given ...not even the fuel charges... Users please never go for this rental company even if it is a last choice .... you get damaged cars and you will spend your vacation repair this car in some out station ...and you will be paying it too ...
The worst service I have ever come across in the selfdrive car industry. They ask us to pay the security deposit of 5000 and even after 5-6 days they have not refunded. Whenever we call they say 5-7 business days and send the bank details to their refund id.
Very bad customer service and bad vehicle.Not good for long travel and charging extra money without any reason.
First of all I don't like to give this one star also. Last week me & my friends taken this self drive car Honda Eon , they delivery car a 2hrs late, but they didn't extend my booking time. One of the worst car in my life. In the car there was a lot of problems clutch is not working good. After some kms break is not working, me & my friends stucked in middle of the road but God grace nothing went wrong for us. In that car there was no proper checking of the vehicle condition.
Apart from all, the Zipcars ill be the best, delivery intime, friendly customer support. my suggestion better use this one..... Thank you Zipcars....

ive installed the app and found upto 6 customer care numbers..but not even one is answering. Worst customer service ever.. One person told he will call back and i am still waiting ...

Rude staff behavior and attitude in return refunds intentionally make delay. Cars are not standard. Maintenance is very bad.

Suing this company in consumer court!! Worst experience at Zipcaars At first they took booking Next they say you have to upload documents. Then there was a list of documents we could upload. I uploaded and after sometime a person calls and says you have upload only office id without that it is not possible to give the car. He says if you don't have office id cancel it. For cancellation it's taking 30% of rental. Employee here don't have sense how to talk to customer. Don't use this appp
