This application optimizes the zipForm® Mobile experience with enhanced mobile device functionality. The application provides access to the tools to create transactions, access current transactions, templates, calendars, checklists, import contacts, import cloud storage documents and more. Managing transactions “on-the-go” has never been easier for real estate pros.
• Access your real estate transactions or create new ones;
• Add calendars, contacts and documents from cloud services;
• Import contacts from your device to your account;
• Access to transaction calendar and checklists;
• Send documents for E-Signatures*.
To access application functionality a subscription for zipForm® Plus and zipForm® Mobile is required.
*E-Signature functionality requires additional subscription to use.

This app used to run smoothly. Ever since they updated Winforms this app is slow and very frustrating to use. Why did you change it when it was fine the way it was. Can't do anything in the field with this garbage of a phone app and us REALTORS have no other options. Fix the app so we can do our jobs!!!!
Please fix the app. It would be nice to have the option to have a larger window to see the contract in landscape view. Also, on the Residential purchase agreement, the box to check mark dual agency overlaps with the verbiage next to it and not legible.
I was barely getting by with this app about a month ago. I only use it for my AVID's. Now when I login it doesn't show any of my transactions. That's fantastic. Maybe make an app that isn't just an internet shortcut to a mobile site. Total garbage
As usual, total Zipform garbage. Too many steps to get things done, can't enlarge the form for easier viewing, always has their propaganda on the site about how it is improved and better. Stil l garbage!
It won't let me sign in with my credentials!!! Useless! They are and have been the same for years... But I went ahead and changed my access information just to try to get into this and it's still won't let me in
Can't log in with my credentials that haven't changed in years and there's not even an option to recover/reset them via email, ect. This app is garbage!!
As others have mentioned, it's now a non functioning broken app. It would be nice if CAR looked out for the best interest of it's members and did not sign exclusive monopoly deals with companies that have no vested interest in being competitive, and instead let all technology companies compete for being the most useful tool.
Absolute garbage mobile app. I love zipfos on laptops but mobile is the worst experience ever, can't download or add docs half the time, clunky, very user unfriendly. Clean it up
Absolute trash. Use zipform if you want high blood pressure. No proper functionality for editing or using with software like Adobe or Docusign.
"application error" every time I try to open it I get that message. Then it redirects me to their mobile website. So no need for this app just use the mobile website.
Unacceptably bad product. If they don't want to fix the app, can they at least add a button to mobile view in order to switch over to desktop view.
When I try to login on it there is no option for NAR credentials on CAR. Using an ANDROID. Cannot log in. Trying to use web version doesn't work well on phone. Waste of money to pay for mobile version.
The app must have been updated since people left 1 star reviews. I love it!!! I have a Galaxy Note 10+ and zipforms mobile is almost exactly like the desktop version.
I was hopeful about this product, but for whatever reason the majority of my transactions did not populate the list of available transactions...so... unusable.
about as worthless as drill bits on a boar. zipforms usability online has deteriorated significantly over the last few years as well
Terrible! Doesn't let me log in, with the correct password. It says incorrect, then I log in on my laptop no problem.
Read that I needed a subscription but provided no means to purchase one. As big as zip form is, it can't provide a mobile app that works?
Freezes too much and half the time the app does not open and its unresponsive.
Poorly designed app. Very difficult to use, does not work functionally with DocuSign
Can not sign in using correct sign in info. There isn't a place to request assistance.
I have a zipform account & credentials through my job. This app won't accept those credentials.

It only gives me a docusign option on my android phone. So frustrating!
The app constantly does not open or crashes.
It doesn't allow you to resize text boxes.
The app is ok... It's a little confusing, but I can get used to it over time. The real problem is that every time I want to go to the previous view by hitting the android back but, it closes the app. When I reopen it, I must start from the beginning of the app. Very frustrating! How about making the back button work the way it's supposed to?
