Since the most recent update, the in-app notification sounds don't work. Instead, it uses the sound which is set as the phone default. I cannot differentiate between a potentially critical ZipIt message and a text now. UPDATE: Some notification sound function has been restored, but it's still not like before. This app is a huge disappointment.

Zero app control. This app never stops beeping! I've done all the recommendations. The volume control is always at maximum you can't change it! It is so un professional to be in an emergency room and everyone's ear drums get blown out because of this app. Zero stars!

Cannot set the app to vibrate without sound, nor can you reduce the volume of the alert--it's all or nothing. In addition to being unprofessional and highly disruptive, this means you can't use your phone while on-call due to the risk of exploding your ear drums. What a waste.

Messages can only be deleted one at a time or ALL at once. It would be helpful to be able to select multiple messages for deletion, or to be able to adjust the max number of messages allowed before automatic deletion. The app seems to run more slowly as the number of messages increases.

This app works great even when it was showing poor signal and messages could be delayed. If your device has multiple Wi-Fi networks that it can try to connect to then expect it to not work correctly until you delete the unused networks that you can see and connect to. Our messages were delayed by about 30 seconds because of it.

The Android version of this app is unbearably slow for some reason. On my company iPhone, the app is extremely responsive and loads pages almost instantly, even with bad signal. On my Nexus 6 with Project Fi LTE max signal or even Wi-Fi, it takes almost a minute to load the app initially and 30+ seconds to load a single page. Sounds not so bad, but when you get a lot of pages like I do, it's horrible. The app also tends to lock up my other apps while loading a page.

Ever since the new update, whenever I log out it say the app has crashed and when I log back in it wants me to send a bug report. I'm choosing to log out. There is no bug here. I am forced to use this app for work. Please fix all the known about issues.

Needs to be able to have a silence at the Mayday level. This can be quite embarrasing at the executive level. Not professional by any means. Overrides phone settings.

App is very basic and is always crashing . Have to uninstall and reinstall after every shift to open app on Android . You can't send msgs to dispatch except standard "OK " REPLY . Overall the app is a good idea just needs A Lot of improvement.
