Functional, but needs a feature to delete or edit an order. I got delayed and didn't want my order to sit around getting cold. Being able to push back the pickup would be great. I had to call, sit on hold, and then the employee did not know what to do. I ended up making a duplicate order for 30 minutes later, and luckily the staff noticed and didn't waste time. Also lucky I had selected to pay at the restaurant, not in advance.

Doesn't have a search feature. Not everything from the store menu is available on this app. Also, you can't customize your order. For example, for the zip pac you can substitute the spam for another teri beef or if you don't want rice sub for fries instead. For each item there should be a section to add notes.

It doesn't have all the categories such as specials, bakery, bulk items, zippys essentiala, or hot and fresh. When i use the desktop web version I have to click refresh and then all the categories show up. Bot sure why but I still cant use the mobile app and see the full menu.

Love it! Easy and fast working app. Not complicated at all. Went in to pickup and it was done faster then the apps timing. Faster then phone orders and faster the walk in line. Awesome ! Mahalo!🤙🤙🤙🤙

I'm giving 5 stars because this app simply works. Yeah sometimes your order might not be ready when it says, but that's life. Better to have to wait and get your food hot than the alternative, right? This app hasn't given me any problems or crashes the way others do like McApp. Good job.

This app comment is really, really, user-friendly. :-) but, at the same time what I do not like about it is. that, I can't order and have it delivered or have it paid on the app through a gift card! :-(

If you want cold food this is the way to order. The pick up time they give you is a wild guess. They tell you your order will be ready in 40 min. In reality the order was made once you hit submit. Save yourself the agony and cold fries and don't use this app.

There is a link where you would check in and write which #stall you are waiting when you arrive. After using that feature, I received a message saying I arrived and that my order will be out shortly. I waited only to find out that my check-in never registered on their iPad and that the manager kept saying I needed to check in. Your check-in feature on you app DOES NOT WORK. You need to delete that or you will confuse your customers.received my order with an almost 1 hour of waiting time.

Sucked. I called in & got a recorder telling me to download your app to see your limited menu. I can't see it unless I place an order.

Ordering on your phone is easy to do and the pick up is very convenient with the drive-through in Kailua is awesome

The app does not allow you to customize your orders and it does not keep you login in for quick ordering and payments.

The app is great unfortunately once you place an order online, you end up waiting 1 hour! Love Zippys but the online order sucks!!!

Need option to modify orders with notes or special instructions in order for complete customer satisfaction. For example ...ie no green onions, no salt, ETC.

Great app! But would love to have the daily specials posted as well.

I ordered 2 different items with different rices. App repeated first order. Will uninstall.

My order was scheduled to pick up at 9:27 p.m. and I got there at 9:30 p.m. For curbside pickup and no one came outside. I had to go inside and pick it up at 9:50 p.m.
