Most stupid and impossible app in the world. You ask it to do a filter search, and then it never gives you what you ask for. Then it tells you that there are no properties available in your price range and precedes to show a bunch of properties in your price range. I can go on and on about this but this is a stupid application. Shame on ZipRealty
This is by far my favorite app for homes. It is as current as the MLS. The option to save homes is helpful as I like to compare homes from year to year in pricing & styles. I love Zip!!
This doesn't show me the homes that are pending, contingent or under contract. I have to save a home in order to see it, which don't make no sense. This app need a serious update.
Filter option exclude pending sales is gone. It was very clear in the past to see if a house is active or pending. Not any more.
I'm new in real estate investing. Just beginning using mortgage calc. Looking at deals daily as a tool to familiarize myself in this already existing market with awesome search tools. Thank you zip realty . Kindly J HILLE
listings are duplicated. this app needs a big overhaul to make it remotely useful. 94531 listings are duplicated.
The developer really listened to the issues I was having with this app and fixed them. this was very helpful. thank you
It never update. It's the same scenery on the front page all the time the front and never give you an inspiration.
Great app for home searches. Provides all the pertinent data a Buyer needs to make an informed decision. Very user friendly.
It never loads any of my search results. I tried to search plenty of times but each time it just left me with a loading screen and a blank map
If you're looking for a house in the country in Arkansas or Missouri this app is not for you. It seems to only have metropolitan area listings

Good app has tons of listings available although are not as exact about a pending house as i woul like but still good and free.
I dont like your app poor technical service and could never come up with what put in ! Reasonable .
App search is bad, doesn't show all properties even without any filters
Works really great. Finds you properties that you can't find in other apps!
There are zero properties available in any area I search. It's like the app is not searching.
Allows you to see things that you might be interested in makes it easy for you to pick with all the information they give

Accurate timely listings with search option for multi-family homes!
Terrible syncing with searches done in laptop that don't show on mobile
I accidentally hit the block icon and now I can't see the phone at all.
The app isnt as detailed as the website. It's not as easy to navigate as the website.
It was fine but I hate it zooming in and out everytime you click on a area. I can click on a area and it will zoom all the way in where I see just that home instead of the whole area, before it would just stay and I could press on each home without it zooming in.
