Since 2 days ago, I am unable to launch the app, flash screen takes a while then I get a message says, "your transaction is not being processed temporarily, please try again later after checking your internet connection" . I am able to access other apps so my internet connection is fine.
A garbage app, garbage company, garbage bank. I opened an account at the bank but they didn't send me my password till like 2 weeks after, and i couldn't speak to them because no one speaks English in this damn country, after getting the password i just kept getting an error message saying that the servers are down even though literally everyone i know is having no server issues at all. I'm deleting this app and closing my account. I suggest you look into a different bank.
The new UI is slow and making transactions even slower and harder to achieve. Your updates should make things easier and faster to reach NOT the opposite!
Application is good. But buying by NFC sometimes just doesn't work.
As a foreign customer I can't initiate "Forgot the password" workflow because my identity number is not 11 characters long. Can you fix that?
This is really one of the best mobile banking applications. Very easy to use and very secure.

A very impressive app with all necessary options, as in Turkey the English is used in other apps very ridiculous. Both languages Turkish and English is being used in a professional way. Great app and appreciation to all developers.
It doesn't work. I can't make an account it's telling me that my information are incorrect
I liked this app really, it's easy to use and you can send the money with TL or dollar. Whenever you want.

Application offers good services and a lot of necessary transactions can be done through it. However, last update requires an active Turkish number to be able to retrieve account access. Unfortunately, my Turkish mobile service is not receiving sms service while I am overseas. I can no longer access my account. They should add the option to receive activation codes through emails not only through mobile numbers.
The last updates are very unnecessary. The app opens late anymore, no need this. Do it simple and practical. Also I have some problem with notifications. I don't receive any notifications.
The program stoped and not opening any more also the site stopped whats up???? When ever i transfare money i can not cuz the massege won't come to my mobile fix it pls
Please add "password recovery by Email". Those who are overseas and have not access to cell numbers cannot login.

Great app, but there is a little problem: it is impossible to log in on some days of the month. Yo do not know which days they are. And once you could ever ever log in, you cannot do anything within the 10 seconds time expiration. Thanks a lot ziraat bank, this is the worst app, of course till you make it even worse.
I couldn't be able to use it since it always fails to boot up and told it's because internet connection yet my connection is fine. Worst banking app i've ever used in term of accessibilty. Interface was good tho.
This app really knocks it out of the park for bank apps. It's full of features. So many that it's simply unbelievable! I love it and it's just mind blowing how fast, feature full, clean and stylish this app is.
There's problem in 'forgot password' option. I'm trying to put my phone number and card number, it's no taking it properly. I updated my app, still the bug remains. Please, fix this issue.
Generally, I don't have to go to atm and I can check my money. That is enough for me. But my sweet bro, why are your closing the app if there is no internet. Let us wait until it comes, yeah?
In my experience, it really is a very great application, however, recently I couldn't open my account at all , it gave me a problem with the internet, however my internet is great with no problems. Would like it to be updated as soon as possible please
This app is only goid for Turkey We are from Australia and do have account It is very complicated proses to change phone number because they designed for TR Plus Our country Australia codes they put it wrong Or if you like to change your information you need to have you phone with you. But phone useless becouse can't uploaded on ziraat app under telofon guncelleme sections. Ovuesly becouse of this don't get verifications codes on your phone . So result is CANT ACCSES TO ACCOUNT. I like the app, it's really strong and flexible. The only thing that is missing is that we can't use our Euro Accounts on the foreign countries. Ziraat is maybe the biggest bank in Turkey. So it's very ugly that it doesn't work internationally. I am went abroad for Erasmus study purpose, I had opened a euro account before I came and The Erasmus scholarship was deposited on that account. Why do i have to update the app or i can't access it all? literally forcing us to download an update. Also demanding the user to change their password almost every minute is tiring. Do better ziraat.
Great and logical interface easy to use stable and best of all its in ENGLISH! Edit (21 Jan 2022) I had an update from Samsung and afterwards I cannot use NFC payments the app crashes and restarts. I don't know the issue is from Ziraat or Samsung update. (Update 02 Feb 22) After latest update the problem have been resolved NFC is working great thumbs up.
