Zirtue: Lend & Borrow Money With Friends & Family

I downloaded the app and made an account then put everything in that I needed to then it said that I'm verification attemp failed and to try again but it will not load for me to try again. There's not help button to seek assistance and when u try on the site it's only for business.

The app is unusably buggy and won't allow sign-up to occur. Please invest in end to end testing to preserve UX. Reliability and trust is paramount in fintech.

That app looked upon set up. I created an account with ease. I sent a loan offer with ease. However, the borrow said they were asked to subscribe to a monthly payment after entering all their information. If the monthly subscription is "required" to "borrow" money I wont be using the service. Its worth it for those constantly borrowing money though.

The app made it so easy to pay my family back and I had an excellent experience so far. Definitely recommend!

10/05/2021: Bounced around from one person to the next and still no resolution yet 3 MONTHS LATER. Wish I never used this app. Signed up gave out loans but now when I try to log into the app I am getting a 404 email not found error. 😒 MY ACCOUNT DISSAPEARS AFTER LOAN ACCEPTED!!!! Update 08/08: STILL NOT RESOLVED 8 days after sending email for help. Totally not acceptable. Update 09/03/21: Over a month later and still not resolved 😡😡😡

As others have said, you have to give them a bunch of personal information including social security number and photos of your ID, and then it just tells you verification failed with no explanation and a "try again" button that does nothing. I guess this app is just a scam to harvest data from us.

This app is trash went through an entire process to make an account using my email address and everything for verifications and when the page comes up to accept the policies and procedures then tells me my email is invalid. To me that makes no sense at all considering I had to use it for a verification code!

awesome app and works flawless! Used it with a friend who needed to borrow some money everything worked and processed great and after a touch of the button he had his money and I didnt have to worry about dealing with and tracking down repayments. zirtue is definitely a game changer!

dumb lenders in your contacts its not like solo where its random ppl. not worth your time id just ask someone i know to loan me money why do it thru an app dont waste your time

Doesn't work. Can't even get an account setup. After snapping photos of license and accepting agreements, I get an internal error error message.

App does not do as advertised. Its good if you're recieving funds from a lender if you're borrowing but it does NOT pay automatic transactions back to the lender from the borrowers account. App with so much potential but does not deliver.

I am very pleased with my zirtue experience. The app was simple to use and I could easily manage where I had money coming and going. Would recommend as an easy way track and maintain loan payments between friends and family.

This is not a Loan app. Its used when you want to borrow money from a friend or relative & this app sets up automatic withdrawls from the persons bank. It comes up as a Loan app & its a bit confusing because of that. So be aware its not an app you can receive a loan from (even though the very misleading & very similiar 5 star reviews make you think so). I did a bit of research on Zirtue company,which is a legitimate business...just not an actual lender.

Completely fake app. You give your information and it allows you to set up a loan then deactivates the account for both partirs for fraudulent activity with no explanation. Unsure what happened to the money that was sent asnit is not in ny account. This will be reported to the BBB and to the state attorneys office.

Never even used it. I was a bit wary that it asked for all my personal information just to sign up, but when it got to the part where it asked for my full social security number, I was out. Not even the government would ask for that just to sign up for an app.

Horrible. Had me enter all my personal info just to say "verification failed press continue" but the app is frozen and does nothing even after I pressed continue & restarted the app

So far not impressed. I downloaded the app through a referral because of the promotion your referral and yourself will get $5. I then also referred a couple ppl and either one of us including the person who referred me have not received our $5!. Reached out to customer service at the email listed above and they have yet to reply.

There's no point in this if I gotta ask someone in my contacts if that's the case I might as well just ask them my self to borrow tf?

I tried to cancel before the trial ended and the app wouldn't let me. Despite múltiple attempts, they still charged me today for a service I've never used not even once. Terrible app. I'll be making sure that my friends also leave 1 star ratings.

This app is trash, do not download, its been 3 days still no answer from them thru there intercom message board, nor their email. My bank never received any of the money is was suppose to. My sister was trying to send money im glad she messed up the amount because more money would b stuck in limbo. Do not download this app. I gave you fair warning ⚠️

That is not a full star its a arm in the star, app keeps closing I keep in putting information and it keeps closing and it keeps closing give me feedback give me feedback it tells me when I finally get through tells me two small deposits and nothing what good is this what's wrong with you guys server!!!!!!

App will no longer go pass the verification process. Asks for phone#, sends text code, enter it and it only loops right back to same question. Email does the same. ???

This app is a waste of time it constantly crashes after I enter my banking information. I'm trying to give this app a chance but I'm not seeing anything positive about it.

This was nothing of what I expected. I deactivated my account but I'm worried the subscription that I did have will still be there. I wanna make sure this is unsubscribed and my stuff isn't linked to this fake app.

This is probably my favorite app now. It is simple, easy and great. Allow me get paid back with automatic monthly loan payments. That's so great!

It does nothing...I did all the stuff..subscribe etc..and when it brought me to Loan..borrow..I entered an amount to borrow...it did nothing..kept saying let's get u subscribed...but if I hit lend..then it does something but I've uninstalled it cuz its doing absolutely nothing 4 me!!! Plus NO ONE responds when emailed!!!

The app works very well. It allows me to get paid back with automatic monthly loan payments, thus I can loan money to friends and family with confidence. I will use it again.

I tried to use this app and it sent me a code that it would not even accept doing the processing stage of even opening the app so I'm deleting this because I feel that they stole my phone number and my email address so I'll be looking for strange phone calls an emails

It seems like a great app and concept but everytime i click next after i got the amount to burrow and the other things done last step i click next and the app closes out
