Zivame - Lingerie Shopping App

The products are good but the return policy is not great. This z coin system is forcing to buy more than required. The amount refunded is not in the bank account but is through z coins (I'll have to buy something again to use those coins or my money is lost). The very point of easy returns and refunds was to assure the customers that they won't be losing money if they didn't like the product, not make them wary of buying again.

Highly disappointed with the experience... Firstly my order got delayed... Then they gave me the wrong colours and they do would not return the product even. On top of that my order details of that product is not even showing on the My Order section. Worst place ever.. Will Never order from u guys ever again... !!!!!

Please reduce the pop up adds on other apps.. it's very embarrassing when suddenly zivame add pop ups and we can't even skip it till a certain time from 10 seconds to 30seconds. It would be good if kept the promotion low and work on quality and variety. I am writing cause it pops on almost all apps I use and falls into an embarassing situation if someone around us can have a look at my mobile screen.

Please be very careful of this app when it comes to refunds. Even though it is your money they do not refund the amount to the bank account, instead they give you zCoins essentially blocking access to your own hard earned money!!! This is one app i will never recommend to anyone as they believe in forcefully tieing the customer in. Extremely disappointed.

Products are good but app has some serious technical issues at backend. Delivery dates are not updated , return dates are not proper. On top of that, customer care is worst, they can't give timelines for product delivery. It has been 10 days , I am still waiting for my product to be delivered. Reason given is they are non zicame brands hence delay then control your 3rd party vendors and ask them to adhere to quality and dates.

Refunds are always struck. They have a very bad refund process. On continuous follow ups , they didn't resolve the issue and I never got my 1500 rs back ! They don't respond to grievance mail . On providing bank details, they say that we need a different pdf . It is easy to order lingerie online, but what if the payment and refund process is bad . U literally pay for things which you never buy !

These idiots don't deserve a single star. They will give you discount offers and then will take your time and data for ordering (There are a lot of pop up ads). Then they will just cancel your order by sending a message that order is cancelled on your request. .. i didn't knew someone else is running my account and cancelling my orders wow 😑😑😑😑. They will provide you a customer care number which is useless.

Very useless app, delivery and exchange policy is very worst,Just send the wrong product and tell the customer to cancel the order and replace the order again,I mean time doesn't matter for them. Focus on exchange delivery rather than showing ads.

I ordered two bras and one stick on bra...the stick on bra was defective so I requested a return they picked the item real quick and told the refund has been initiated but still I haven't got it bcz I get refund from other sites too and it reflects in just few hours ...don't know if it's actually got refunded or not...very disappointing .... please fix this and refund asap

Worst worst app ever..! I tried to login many times with correct OTP.. but everytime it shows invalid OTP.. I didn't received my refund from original payment method.. it received in zivame's account.. still I am not able to login and my refund is stucked..

Really bad experience. I ordered 2 products and 1 of them was missing , packaging was torn and the most worst thing refund only in form of zcoines . So after all this bad experience , u have to again buy from them and take risk again to actually get ur prior paid money. I suggest just don't order on first place itself

Worst Experience ever. My order was not delivered even after one week of the expected delivery date. The customer care only kept saying in 72hrs we will deliver. I don't even know how to return or cancel the order. The cancellation request is also not heard. I regret ordering from here so much.

What an useless app and absolutely tiring customer care sevice, they keep you waiting on chats for long, items are forever out of stock, and never any updates of pick or return updated on that app. For every pick and refund a separate call has to be made by us to save our money. Zivame just wants to sell their in- house brand bras, then why claim to be a one stop solution for lingerie of all brands. Utterly useless i am never using it again.

The customer care has become so lazy that they haven't reimbursed me for one of the orders that I've already returned. They encourage women to measure themselves which is great, but don't provide the sizes true to the measurements, so you end up making a purchase through guesswork anyway. The only brand that is true to the size sells lingerie at a pretty expensive price, as if they're made of pure gold. There's no regards paid to their actual customers and no feedbacks are taken seriously.

Worst experience ever.. products of zivame company are just wastage of money.... Sadly this app has no policy to do something for the poor quality products....i bought product of rs 1695.. but it got damaged in just two washes...and because the tag has been removed and it has shown it's real 😈 face after a month... now they would not return it

worst shopping experience, returning products is a nightmare, even after returning the priducts, they still dont update the system. No after service, worst decision to shop from this platform. Review update on 19th April, 2022 And it gets worse, even after returning the products, I am being asked to return them and now when I check the app, it shows refund will not be issued. Is this a joke?

Do not install this app.. coz m having the worst experience being their customer.. its been 8,9 months i've ordered 6 pieces of brazzers nd i got the worst pieces like i'd never seen even in garbage also.. nd after that they not even refunded the money nd also has not sent back the material i'd requested for return... worst app ever😡😡😡

Whenever I download this app it's start giving ad on my true caller screen. Being a working woman during office hours this ad comes on my mobile screen give awkward moments for me. I don't have any issue with product. I love zivame. Only this ad is the issue

Whenever I add something in my cart it keeps on increasing the amount of that object. Products are high quality but I have issue with the app.

Never ever order from this app I ordered two sports bra but when I opened the package one of them was missing when I completed they gave me z coin . And said we can't convert it in to money as the item was a missing . So now I'm bound to buy other product from zivame .

Clicking on my orders doesn't list the orders instead shows an error in version 3.15.1 Also, 'chat with us' is not satisfied. They take lot of time to respond to each query n also, they give irrelevant answers to the queries.

love the product, but when we view the product advertisement in social media ,it shows shop now but click on that button it needs to install the app ,we already installed the app but it's always land on app store we can't see product details in zivame app

Awful, avoid at all costs. App is totally useless and customer support is even worse than the app. Also they don't respond to emails.

Everything is gud but when i see ur add in insta .. I want look that particular product soo I touch the button of (shop now) it doesn't get me the app of that product. It came to ur app then how I buy what I see on insta everytime I want type in search button?

There are very few options for small chested people. I never get the ones which i want in my size. There is no option for selecting 32 a ..... I will stop shopping if this continues.

Why don't zivame stock up the already sold bras. This is something very annoying. Whenever i want to order the same sort of bra it remains unavailable. They must look after this issue.

Very comfortable material. In my experience correct measurement and fittings are only available in Zivame.

Everything is fine in this app except one thing and that is every bra size..means I never found a bra 34 AA OR 32 A in this app which is my real size...I always have to go for slight up or down size..pls make sure that you provide every bra size
