Could not get case to register using QR code had to manually enter code. Also have trouble with fingerprint scanner unlocking phone after case locks phone. I will reach out to support see if they can fix it. If fingerprint worked I'd give it a 5

This looked like a cool idea and very sleek looking. However, when you open the app you have to use the bar code and registration number that comes on the inside flap of the case that it is designed for. Bar code doesn't work and registration number doesn't work. This wouldn't be much of a problem if customer service knew what I was talking about to fix this. I will gladly give 5 stars if I get help and the app works.

It would be nice if this actually worked, but nothing does. I was hopeful when the case fitted my Note 5 perfectly but to my knowledge there is no way for the app to correctly scan the barcode . Zizo! all you need to do is give us the right barcode to register the app. Come on...dont make me return the case!!

Almost great. I didn't have problems like everyone else had. the only problems i have is I can't answer the phone while close and sometimes can't hear the person if I close the case to talk like other cases. the last problem is I notice sometimes the app doesn't work and I have to restart my phone. other than that the quality of the case its nice besides the brand on front is rubbing off ink wise....

The case this app supports is a nice case. Too bad this app that the case needs to support it is so awful. There are NO instructions included at all. The app will give you error messages in gibberish English which make no sense at all. You'll need to get your registration number from Zizo not the info provided on the box. The info on the boxes do not work to enter manually and the scan function never works. You will need to redo your registration EVERY single time you restart the app. Really poor way to implement registration and should never have been released to the public this way. The weather option isn't apparently available unless you are in China? There are no weather settings except "Celsius China" or "Fahrenheit China". The music app doesn't work with any music playing app I've tried except Gallery and is very flakely even then. It's essentially unusable even with Gallery. The message and phone parts show up but are hard to scroll. The flashlight does work well. The magnetic sensor is constantly triggered by any electronics setting near the phone. The clock appears with the cover open. Doesn't let me add my 3 top contacts and wont accept my contact list.

When I received the package, everything I tried at first didn't work. I got back to the seller. When their response was taking time, I submitted a return request via Amazon. Then came their reply with a setup guide. At the first try following the guide it worked.

Can't register the case, I have requested a number 6 times. Absolutely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

I feel cheated dang! I experienced all the issues everybody is experiencing. Even the registration code is smudged but I was able to figure out what the code was. Still didn't work. Fix this! In retrospect, it appears that their app site is down. When I go there, it says site cannot be reached. I guess I'll just use it as a case until they get their site back up. Nice case, though.

The app. will not register. I feel robbed This was a good idea but it does not work .

Set up and registered right away. But everytime I close my apps it makes me re-register whwn I open the app again! very annoying... once that is fixed I'll give it 5 stars.

I really like the case and app, just a little disappointed that there aren't more watch faces to choose from

I would rate it 5 stars but it's not working correctly with the current updated firmware that my phone did it by itself can you guys please fix it? I have Samsung S7 Edge. If you fix it I will rate your app 5 Stars again. Update THIS STUPID APP JUST STOP WORKING ALL TOGETHER...EVEN AFTER I ERASED..IT AND REDOWNLOADED...IT JUST KEEP SAYING IT CANNOT REGISTER IT..I HAVE S7 EDGE AND IT NO LONGER WORKS FOR IT...YOU GUYS NEED TO FIX THIS!!!!!!👎👎👎☠☠☠☠☠

Won't activate with case...not even sure why you need to register to use the app. English is broken and terrible and nothing works. Waste of time and money

Registration failed. No connection to server. Unable to register stupid app.

App is totally useless, it won't/can't connect to the website to register. The QR code won't scan but you can enter it manually.. Have now received 2 revised codes from customer service but they don't work either. They suggested I get a refund for the wallet but I've used it whilst waiting for customer service to reply so I can't.

Great app... had problems at the beginning like everyone else but it registered after a while.... good job

my replacement zizo tyme phone cover for my galaxy S7 was just received, and not too bad. i downloaded the app using the provided code inside the zizo cover itself without any problems. i like the big analog clock display that shows through the window on the front cover. i forwarded the above and the following to Zizo; now it would be great to use the other apps to pre-read text, find most used contacts and find music without opening up the phone cover. is there a video tutorial available that you can send me?

Had concerns about the app and had to contact customer service. The only contact info I could find was using Messenger through Facebook. Responses were slow and not helpful. The problem is that those who purchase the case will not see all these negative reviews until it comes time to download the app.

Its a great concept but is lacking. If all you do with your smartphone is make calls and the occasional Internet lookup and social media its great. It does not work well with other third party apps. Your app needs more custimization, it wouldnt let me use my third party media player so i had to delete. The case looks nice but is in no way leather.

Maybe if someone actually tried this application at the manufacturer it would be good. Fingerprint unlock does not work with Zizo Tyme. Screen does not stay on so the always on clock funtion is useless with this case. Needs serious improvements to software. But on a positive note, the case is well made and fits nice. Too bad I have to return them because the software is so bad.

This app. Stinks! Danielle of customer support is even worse, she plays head games like a child would. I'm having the same code/registration problems everyone else is experiencing. I've never delt with a company that refuses to help me until zizo.I'm now wondering "how do they stay in business?" Just because I gave it 1 star doesn't mean I actually gave it 1 star. I rate this at -0 stars, just for the record.

Makes me have to use a design code to unlock my screen every time I close it, I didn't get a note 7 to make access to my phone more difficult. Thumbs way down

Can't activate app. Won't read the QR and can't manually activate. Too bad. It's a good-looking case

This app doesn't do anything but screw up your phone. What a waist.
