Why would you log me out after an update. Finds it difficult to log into my account using the app. Now my device has been block. By the way im out of the app and their services

Really poor consistency when it comes to app performance. Sporadically use the app and usually when I do it either rejects the right password or fails to allow me to purchase airtime. Even worse, there's no correspondence on reviews and updates are a rarity despite poor compatibility with newer android versions. Unreliable banking app that can't be counted on when you really need it to. Frankly if there was a rating lower than 1 star I would give it!

Very poor experience using this app. There should even be an update in the app so customers can update their accounts without coming to the bank and doing it. Secondly there must be a virtual card for people to apply

I had a very good impression at the bank when I went there for the first time to do business. However, this app makes me feel otherwise. It simply can't work. It just closes immediately it starts. I think it deserves 0 star. I have complain several times at the bank but no one seems to be responsible. I can't tell if this review will even be read at all and responded to.

Fast and convenient

The app is poor. The most recent update was in June 2020 It needs a host of bug fixing. I am unable to see recent transactions. Can't send to third party momo accounts... Bills payment is a nightmare... Please upgrade the app and fix the bugs.

I give two 🌟 because this app cannot be used to transfer money to another country which is very bad. I think you have to work on that immediately because it's keeping me off already.

This app works quite well but For a while now, the activity section keeps showing " no transaction to display " when transaction has been made. Kindly work on this . When I call the number on display too, noone picks. If you won't pick then kindly remove the number from there.

I hate banking halls (no offense). A determinant of me liking a bank is how they take their INTERNET BANKING serious. This app is nowhere near comfortability and ease of use. Is it too much to ask for the ability to send and receive to Momo directly from the app!!!!

Good app 👍 but still needs more improvement. If the option of sending money directly to momo wallet is added to the app, that would be a major improvement.

This app for a while now keeps crashing. I have uninstalled and installed it again still crashing. Please check and fix

Very bad app, I recently gave 5 stars because it was working fine. Bit now after the new update I can't log in with the right details. This is very bad 👎

This app is only good for checking your balance. Nothing else works. Not even transaction history. I'm using a business account by the way

The transaction history is always empty even when a transaction has been made and I think there is more to be implemented in the app.

Its strange how i can reach my daily limit without making any transfer and when you call nobody cares to pick. Thats why the level of consistency in African is always an issue.i have money but can't make a transfer happen.

Bad experience This app can't even be used to transfer money from bank account to any momo number. I think you have to work on that

With the latest update, this app now belongs in the trash! Can't do anything with it... It's just unresponsive!
