Customer support is bad. Doesn't care to reply. Refund status gets updated in app but the actual process doesn't happen.

This app is trash.It doesn't even deliver snacks to us and the stores are not even 3 minutes away from my house.

Poor Service. Couldn't reach out to customer service. You only get to send your query or mail them, they don't reply back. And, the app doesn't show proper updates about the order.

I didn't expected this from znack. I order food and didn't received Delivery after 1 hr also. When I contacted restaurant They said that the delivery guy is not answering them correctly, despite the food is being ready

It doesn't provide updated record.. I ordered food and I receive call after half an hour saying it can't be processed and you have to wait for 7 business days for the money to get credited in your account
Worst ever, They don't even use GPS, Instead they call you hundred of times and ask for address. And they take 3hours to deliver your food. I've ordered by 8.30pm and got delivered by 11pm

worst application ever. they dont even update the availability of food items in application,still they will accept the orders and payments.they will not initiate the refund for the cancelled orders(which was already paid through online).
