Terrible interface, trying to log in to simply read a message is a challenge.
Quick convenient and very easy access to make appointment with the doctor.
I used to appreciate your service. But forcing ppl to use an app is already ridiculous... Not everybody prefers to deal with important issues on their phone... But than to force is too use an app, which is not possible to be translated... That's beyond...
I do not recommend this page. Due to technical error of app, payment for appointment was charged twice. However, technical support could see only one of it and returned only one. For other payment (150 zł), customer service advised to contact my bank for chargeback, as they do not see it in system. Service did not take resposibility for it's service technical error and now I need to loose my time to contact my bank. I feel very dissappointed, they don't have control over customer payments.
Horrible experience. I am Italian and i live in Italy. When trying the download the app, it prompts "it is not available in you country". After few clicks (I insisted) it takes me to a page I believe in Polish language... And prompts for download. Pity i do not speak Polish...
You force people to download the app to use the messaging portal (it's essential and required that I can write to my doctor!!) But the app does not have any translation options! I used to be able to translate on the web browser but now that you've blocked this function I can no longer send messages. Please allow translation or allow use of messaging on the web, this is detrimental to patient communication
Displays spam notifications all the time. P.S. For me it also booked two reservations. Be sure to check your email confirmations after using the application, and call the doctor to cancel the unnecessary ones not to pay twice!

Very efficient & convenient service! I highly recommend the doctors that I work with who now offer online consultations. This is a great alternative during & after the pandemic, to schedule appointments. Safe & easy! Read Reviews on All the Best doctors & therapists!

I installed the app. When I type in the email and password, it does nothing. I cannot send message because browser insists I need to do it from app. Which is installed, but language is different, so it cannot locate it.
