You guys work on this app. Why leave it on the market when it is NOT working? I can't check balance for my account. Secondly, learn to respond to queries once launched. We are in a smart error and as such all application must be designedly to provide that service. Thank you.
This app is terrible.. It use to work just great before but now its not even loading at all..what a waste of data😓
Kindly create an option for additional accounts especially some of us with more one account with the bank please!!
Subscribed, keeps giving error of invalid credentials. Tried changing PIN multiple times. Still no help.

App is great, you can make payments on the phone and above all it looks really good mwandi I can't lie.
Sit down you people and work on this app before you post it on the market. Its not serving its purpose currently. Withdraw it and polish it up and then repost it on the market

I lost my K500 while tranfering it into my mobile money account from my ZNBS account, Please I need help on how to reverse this transaction.

It breaks my heart to have an app which when first introduced was working well. It enabled me track my transactions without trouble though with a few bottlenecks. Once I was promoted to update and when I did that was it, the app could not function it keeps saying invalid error or your network connection is invalid. Needless to say it has become a white elephant which can not meet the aspirations of the customer.
