It's a great app. Makes ordering to go very easy. Only a few bugs/down sides I have noticed like: 1) When removing an ingredient from an item, you cannot add a note or swap for something else. If it is possible to do, it seems a bit challenging to find that option in the interface. 2) when entering in billing information on the app, the keyboard sometimes covers the input fields. It does not scroll down to the field you are on which makes it a little difficult. Otherwise, its a good app!

Has to be one of the most solid mobile apps out there. Quick, every option available, remembers old orders and very easy to pull them over and make changes at will. Runs without any issues whatsoever on Galaxy S8 Active. The food is delicious and their drive-up window is very quick and efficient. Only had one minor issue, and it was rectified immediately. This place is amazing.

This app is awful. Very unintuitive. Twice now I have accidentally ordered carry out when I meant to do delivery because it reset my order. When I try to go "back" to get back to the main menu it sometimes closes the app out, which clears out my cart and I have to start my order all over. And you can't view your cart from any of the main menu screens. Now I'm off to go pick up food that I wanted delivered but now have to go get because the app screwed up and there's no way to modify or cancel.

Kitchen, service great. App? Nope. If loyalty is to be rewarded, it is helpful if could register purchases in real time...Instead of coming back 48h later. Who can remember that? Friction when happens 2x last 30d. UPDATE May 2020: the app is getting better. I like the improvements in the menu that makes ordering simpler. (Still not over having a loyalty program being hard to work with.)

It is ridiculous that you have to wait 24 hours before you can add a receipt to the rewards/points tracker! Not only do you have to keep up with the receipt for 24 hours but you also have to remember to go back and enter the receipt in the app the next day. The process to enter the receipt is far too difficult. Zoes should have a barcode on the receipt that can be scanned.

I've used this app for a short amount of time but its great to accumulate points while dining here. The food is really good here and I can't say there's anything i dont enjoy here. Relatively clean experiences and healthy options for any pallet. I would recommend trying some of their hummus options because these are easily the best ways to get the most for your buck.

Pretty good restaurant app! I like that I can clearly see what rewards I have and their expiration date. I also appreciate all of the menu pictures and the calorie information. Just placed a mobile order which was also easier than some other apps I've used. I actually had a promotion so my order ended up being free, I appreciate that it let me push the order through without having to enter any credit card information.

Mostly we like this app. It has the whole menu, works reliably, and gives plenty of options to customize your meal. However, I can't help but wonder why I have to put my full billing address, instead of just the zip code, for each order. Even worse, there is no option to save it. This is basically all that keeps this from being a five star app.

For me there are two things lacking that keep it from being a five star app. One thing is the option to say no ice on a drink. The other thing, and possibly the more important thing, would be automatically pulling over the options that I chose previously when I click order again. The options being the type of sauce, and specific sides.

App is good. The only issue I've had is that the delivery address entry deletes for each use. It has an Autofill function that can put in the wrong address. It'd be great if it saved your delivery address. I also wish they would add the option to buy a full bottle of salad dressing.

It does not allow me to add receipts to rewards. Also, when I send a comment, i have to type in the comment box without seeing what I am typing, as the box is completely covered by the typewriter box, and i can't scroll the comment box any higher. I really like Zoe's, and this is not a reflection on their food or counter service, just the app. Update 11/21: still does not allow me to add a receipt, and i have to email the information. The rewards are pretty minimal for the amount of work.

Everything about Zoe's is great. The app is really helpful in making sure you get exactly what u want. The only problem I had was creating an account. I input all my information in and it wouldn't accept it bc it said I needed to correct the things "marked in red," but there was nothing marked in red. Anyway other than that the app and Zoe's is fantastic!

I like and use the app constantly. I would like to see a customize feature on each menu entree. Sometimes having extra tomatoes just hits the spot but I have to ask for them at the restaurant and it would be nice to order them ahead of time.

Horrible update. It no longer recognizes my email address that I've used for years. To make matters worse when I tried to submit feedback via the app, it won't submit. For some reason the app logged me off even though I selected to always stay logged in. I use a Samsung Note 8 if that sheds any insight.

App said food would be ready at 3:50, I got to the store and waited an hour for my food. It does the same every time I order, the app is not time reliable at all. If it tells a pickup time get it right, people don't have all day and time can be better spent on anything besides waiting for your food. Please make it so that if you say food is ready at a certain time, it will be ready at that time.

Unlike most resturant apps, Zoes' doesn't offer coupons or specials for using their app. When you buy an item, you get points and then you can use your points towards rewards. Unfortunately for me, my points always expire before I get enough to use. Without coupons or specials, Zoes is way to expensive for me to eat at on a regular basis.

This app is basically pointless. It literally makes you spend at least a hundred and something dollars before you can even get a good reward. Besides that the rewards are cups of water not literally but you get the point. And then if you don't use your points within a certain amount of time your points expire so it's no point in even having them anyway. Will probably delete the app🤷🏽

the app is pretty decent, the only thing I would like to see is a shorter amount of time on the launch page. When you open the app you have to wait for the animated Zoe's Kitchen logo for way too long before it finally brings you in. it takes about eight seconds for the animation to complete before it will finally move past that

An a la carte feature for cauliflower rice would be awesome! The cauliflower rice portion is too small... would like to be able to add additional portion to an order. Otherwise, very convenient & user-friendly application.

I submit orders through the Zoe's Kitchen app, on average, a few times a month. You can make custom selections for your order. My experience is always great, and the restaurant completes the order in a timely manner. I am very pleased.

Food very good. Acoustics, not so. Crowd noise, when fully occupied, often unbearably harsh! All venues have hard surfaced materials everywhere. Some. acoustic insulation needed. Also, a softer choice of music might aid in sound control. It won't prevent my stopping here...but, I avoid crowded periods of business.

Used to use this app. Logged me out one day and doesn't recognize password. Tried to sign up under different email address and the app won't register me despite filling out all of the prompts. Tried again months later and same problem. Food is great but they need to fire their IT team or whoever is in charge of this app.

This app should be a template for all restaurant apps. I can filter the whole menu to find only the gluten free options - which is literally a life saver! I can order my lunch for the next day to be ready at a certain time and clearly see coupons and rewards. Long live Zoë!

Zoes Kitchen app is one of the best restaurant apps I've ever used! Ordering carry out is easy and pick up at the store has always gone smoothly. The interface is simple, clean, and understandable.
