I love it & have used this for years! It has details more than just weight to give a more accurate idea of what state your body is in plus it has sliding scales to show where you are in relation to averages. It gives info of why the measured thing is important & tips in each of those areas of how to improve. You can see a chart or a list of your history. I use it constantly---ALWAYS the same time of day (first thing in the morning after peeing. :-p)
Useless returning it now! The app does not connect with Bluetooth, no matter what I do. I watched videos, followed the instructions and it doesn't work! Even if I ignore the fact a paid a bit more for a scale because of the app, the weight is presented in lbs, which for me is horrible, I use kilos, therefore, every time I use the scale I would have to go on Google and convert the weight... Ridiculous! Received it at home about an hour ago, returning it tomorrow!
Do not return the Scale!!! THE APP DOES NOT WORK! BUT! You can still use the scale with a different app. I'm using 1byon app and it linked perfectly. The scale works perfectly it is just their it work. Luckily.. other apps can sync it for you.
The scales are good looking and they seem to work great. The app works perfectly fine on my Motorola X4. The history graph is handy. I will rate it 4* at the moment but will have to re-rate after I can check the results against another device.
Weight graph is nice but all data other than weight are completely worthless, especially if you do any sort of resistance training. It just assumes you have no muscle mass like most people and displays a number which is completely useless, same for body fat percentage, water weight, etc.. It's not actually measuring these things, not precisely. It massively overstated my bodyfat percentage by about 12% presumably because it uses some thoughtless formula which assumes you are untrained and weak.
Scale works great. Never had any issues there. Had a small issue with the app, but customer service was great and fixed the bug within a couple days. Highly recommended affordable scale.
App not working. I opened the app after a few months using it and found that it deleted all my history and when it tries to pair with the scale it crashes. The scale became a regular scale and the app is useless now.
The app doesn't link at all keeps going from 0% to 100% and just keep doing that. what a waste. the scale works fine. very disappointed that the app can't work correctly.
So this is for all people who struggled connecting it in the app, it's kind of stupid but until I turned on the GPS and Bluetooth both on, it was not getting detected. So turning on the gps did the trick I hope it helps
Why do you need location access to lock in weighing? Sent the scale back and went with he original Fitbit scale. This one couldn't connect to the Fitbit app and only would work with its own app with permission to collect location data.
Ok but need polishing. I select some random data to delete but app delete from the first entries on the list, lost days of real weighing. Fit bit connection does nothing but grant them access to your info.
Honestly all these bad reviews piss me off. Its july 10th at 9:17 am and my scale works just fine! The app works JUST FINE. The reviews on the app is useless to the product and how good the scale is. The app HAS to be opened and blue tooth ON before you get on the scale in order for it to log your weight . The app is very useful if you take time out and learn what your doing instead of wanting an app to do EVERYTHING for you, in that it does, you just need to be paitent!
Horrible. ZOETOUCH SCALE will not pair at all. Also, after entering info, it does not save. You have to continuously, re-enter info. Just rediculous! 🤬
Ok. Now I'm having problems with it updating my weight via bluetoothing. :'( Edit: Nevermind. Problem fixed. App needed my location. My GPS was turned off. I turned it back on. Problem solved. Cool!!!
Worked at first, despite odd calcs and bizzarre language. Each update took away functioning. Now it can't link phone to scale. Junk. See details on Leftmazon review.
Had no problems since I got it, but now app won't connect. I've uninstalled and installed with no success of change. My partner's app works but not mine.
The scale is nice but completely unable to to get past the first screen on the app to access the additional features.
It doesn't even connect to the scale, waste of money. If you want a scale that offers more than just weight look elsewhere.
Unable to use app when denying access to gps. Why does a weight tracking app require gps access. Sounds like a cyber security issue. Crashes without loading.
Works fairly well, occasionally requires a second cycle with the scale for the results to register via Bluetooth.
scale works but the app crashes and won t save data unless I have my lication on and WHY in the world would it meed my location to save my weught?!? The app is a complete waste of time!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. IF YOU WANT A SCALE ONLY IT WILL DO. IT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE ACCURATELY IF AT ALL. CONNECTS 10% OF THE TIME TO THE APP AND THATS BEING GENEROUS. Customer service is non-existent.
I can't move past the screen that I put my info in. I put my birthday and when I go to save it says "please put an age between 0-99"
Should have did research first. App does not connect via bluetooth. That sucks since thats why i bought it. 😤
Don't buy the scale. The app doesn't connect and therefore is useless. When it tries to sync, it has an update bar that shows a percentage but when it gets to 100% it just starts over at 0 so obviously doesn't mean anything and is a sign that the developer is an amateur which explains why the app doesn't even work. It's so bad that the company should just take it off playstore and stop advertising it.
